Relentlessly terrible. Unapologetically awful. They will wear you down with bad service. If you want to torture yourself with consistently wrong orders, cold food, wasting your money, and mishandled recovery opportunities, then here, my friends please find the most poorly run Wendy’s of them all. I never give bad reviews but I would give them negative stars if I could.

Worst experience I have ever had at Wendy’s! My order came to $27.00 and I ordered a taco salad, bacon pub fries, 3 frosties and 10 spicy nuggets. The taco salad didn’t have any chili with it. They were out of bacon and didn’t tell me until I walked in to show them the fries and to let them know they didn’t give me our nuggets. They quickly handed me regular nuggets and that was it. The team was fooling around, not in uniform, no hats on their hair flowing everywhere and one guy had his pants buckled below his backside showing off his underwear. Not planning to return to this location anytime soon.

I just sat in the drive thru line for 30 minutes because apparently they aren’t capable of taking more then one order at a time. When I got home the food was ice cold. At one point there were 6 cars in front of me and 6 cars behind me. One by one the cars behind me all left. I hope they are losing so much money at this store that they finally close down. If you don’t care about serving your customers you shouldn’t be running a business.

The drive through is extremely inefficient. They only serve one customer at a time, and generally ignore the other people waiting until they are done with the first customer. Typically they will make you wait to order until they complete the previous customers order. It causes the drive through to run slower than other locations, allowing the line to backup to the end of the parking lot.

This is maybe the worst fast food establishment in the area. I think it’s only competition is the other Wendy’s nearby. Whoever is in charge either has no idea how this store is running, or they absolutely don’t care. They lock the inside randomly whenever they feel like it, and I think they intentionally make the drive thru slow to deter people from coming here. It’s truly astonishing how bad this place is.

This is literally THE WORST Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. Every time I have ever come here they have messed up my order. This last time not only were they rude, got my order wrong and the food was gross. Pretty sure they gave my family and I 3 hr old fries. They were so busy hanging out with their co workers they seemed annoyed we were even there. I will never come back and wish I wouldn’t have spent my money there to get my family food that night. But we live out of town and were up there visiting my mom in a nursing home. So everyone was hungry afterwards.

Missing half of a patty with the double stack, no plastic ware provided with salad, gave unsweet tea instead of sweet tea, and gave no chili when ordered. If they were out of any of these things, we were not told in advance. Only one bad experience here so far but still inexcusable set of problems all for one order.

They were super friendly but the quality overall of Wendy’s has really diminished. Fries didn’t taste right, warm but guessing not fresh, a salad with their new grilled chicken was way worse than previously. They’ve changed their chicken recently and no longer offer a grilled sandwich. Hamburger was good, no issues. Place was a bit dirty, no ice and no napkins out either.
