The store was empty, order was not where it should have been and the reason for the rating is the 2 crumbs of bacon they put on a bun that could not be more saturated with grease and falling apart. $13.50 for a sandwich like this is ridiculous. Yes I know it’s fast food, yes I’ve had this sandwich at other locations in night and day difference. It’s very unfortunate that I cannot post a photo of this mess.

Went through this for the first time today as an avid Wendy’s enjoyer and got the “Is that all?” treatment after every single thing I said, and with an attitude to boot. Someone mumbled a price to me which I couldn’t even hear and when I got my food, surprise! They entered it wrong and failed an order that no other Wendy’s has given me an issue with.
Fries were cold, burger was mid.

We stopped going to this Wendy’s during Covid as they never had baked potatoes or chili and the employees were rude, self-entitled,, poorly trained, and the store was filthy. Today we thought we’d give them a second chance! What a WASTE of our time! The person taking orders at the counter was horrible, unfriendly, and filthy! They still didn’t have baked potatoes at dinner time! The store is still dirty! Never again! When I review a restaurant, I rarely rate it less than a 4. I am being generous by gifting them 1 star!

WOW. Holy cow, am I disappointed. I really haven’t had this bad of an experience at any Wendy’s so where do I begin.
The guy who took my payment and handed my change had soaking wet hands and that really grossed me out, why couldn’t he have dried off his hands from whatever they were wet from? Hopefully just water…
Then I get my food, I ordered my pop with no ice, always make that very clear when ordering and 95% of the time any fast food place gets it right, they handed me my Fanta, with ice, and quickly corrected it after I asked which is great.
Then I parked to eat, thankfully I hadn’t driven off because I opened my 10piece nugget meal to absolutely no sauce I asked for, so I had to go inside and get some.
Luckily I asked for extra because one of the sauces was cut open! Come on! Can’t you check the items you hand over the counter before giving them out for someone to consume!? Thankfully I had backup.
OH and I almost forgot to mention, my 10 piece nugget was actually an 8 piece nugget + 2 of the spicy nuggets and I really hate the spicy ones so I guess I just got screwed there too.
Unreal, come on Stow Wendy’s, do better. It’s truly not that hard.

The drive thru worker that looks like a very angry KSI has gotta be the worst worker ive ever witnessed. Very angry like i did something to him and never gets the order right. Every time.

The employees including the manager, Nate, stood outside the building smoking weed and causing the store to reek of marijuana. I also watched nearly every employee stand outside doing absolutely nothing but being loud and belligerent while a customer sat waiting in the drive thru. I’ve seen an employee just dump dirty mop water in the floor and call it clean. This is the most ill managed, filthy, and straight deplorable fast food chain I’ve ever been in. If you value your health then you would go to any other restaurant around.

I will never go back to this Wendy’s, I ordered a chocolate frosty and the cashier sold me one while the machine was on wash mode. She must of turned the wash mode off so where she was able to serve the frosty. Then she said she doesn’t know why it’s like that while laughing, then offered me a straw! I should of refused it but I didn’t realize how bad it was until I got home. I contacted the store and they didn’t care!!!!
