Usually don’t write reviews, but I genuinely hope anyone who ordered food early afternoon ( about 1 PM-4PM) of 12/21/2024 at this location checked their meal — there were small black hairs throughout both of our meals. Only fries depicted as the other one was promptly discarded due to food being spit out. When called, the initial phone call was ended while apparently getting help despite us not even wanting a replacement (the hairs made us lose our appetite) & just making them aware someone needs to be wearing a hairnet, then when called back the second person on the phone snickered as he said it was an accident the call was ended & spoke over me. This was the worst food experience my husband & I have had in the Cuyahoga Falls area by far, especially due to the nonchalance & lack of accountability by staff at this location. Go to literally any other restaurant on this road.

Don’t bother coming in the morning unless you are going through the drive thru. For door dashers, I would recommend declining orders from here until they figure out how to unlock the doors when the signs say the dining room is open.

Every time we tried to eat here they gave us the wrong order, ruined the sandwich by drowning it in ketchup or being so lazy that couldn’t put the foam on the cold brew “with foam” coffee. The service is almost always rude and then angry when asked to fix their mistakes. I do not recommend stopping here even if it’s free.

One star I come in the staff looks at me. I stand there for seven minutes. No one even offered to help. I get this a lot through fast foods for some reason when you’re paying cash they don’t want your money why I don’t use the kiosk. Be nice to talk to somebody you know let’s not live our lives around the computers and digital.

This Wendy’s should just throw in the towel and close its doors for good at this location. Every time I go here it’s cold food, wrong food, or we can’t make any food because the manager walked off the job! Today was icing on the cake for me since I found piece of what looks to be plastic melted in my burger!! Absolutely appalling!!! I will never eat here again!!!

3/5 of the atmosphere only because the inside could’ve been more clean. It would be helpful if a cleaning crew were available to assist the workers just in case people wanted to dine in. The staff were so sweet but I personally wouldn’t want anyone to have to clean then make & prepare my food in that type of busy environment causing cross contamination.

The staff is very nice. However ordering spicy nuggets always presents a “pull forward and wait” issue. Today order spicy nuggets combo with any extra order of spicy nuggets. Had to pull forward and wait 15 minutes for cold nuggets and the wrong sized fries. Asked for Large fries and was told had to wait 40 secs. Noticed that nuggets were cold, dry and hard and guess what….i gotta wait again. So far we’ve been in this line 30 minutes and no food. So much for fast food ♀️ ♀️ ♀️. If you come here and they tell you to pull forward be prepared to wait a while. This is the third time this has happened.

I gave this a low rating due when going to the restroom in the stall on the toilet dispenser what looked like plastic gloves or condoms. Wasn’t going to touch for sure. Just plain gross. Then outside the trash was over flowing. If I was managing this place I would be ashamed. Plus toilet paper strewn around on the floor. Looked like no one cleaned it or checked it for a whole day or so.

Passing thru for food on our way home, Ordering the food was smooth! Once it was time to pay, I sat at the window for 15mins before anyone even came to take the payment! She didn’t greet me just told me my total! Than handed me my card back with no receipt or I would have just called corporate with my receipt number! I was handed my food and one drink and told to hold on, I then waited 5mins before my second drink was handed to me! Food was cold and unappetizing and my order wasnt even right! I definitely wont ever stop here again!
