Ordered through their app had ordered 4 baconators and frostys. Was told they were out of Frostys and would have to get a refund through the app. I got home and noticed the sandwiches were wrong and looked like they were just thrown together with random ingredients. I called the store and got the shift manager, she was very rude and hung up on me twice, I couldn’t even get her first name due to her just hanging up on me. DO NOT GO TO THIS WENDYS!

This store is always out of things. Want a baked potato? Good luck. Chances are that you’ll have to wait at least an hour to get one. I’ve tried going thru for breakfast and have seen the staff all squat down to make it look like no one was there. It’s no coincidence when I offer to buy lunch/dinner that others will say, “Not the Norton Wendy’s” I expect it to close when Wendy’s closes poorly performing stores later this year.

My jr bacon burger was literally THROWN together… It was such a mess when I opened the paper.. the lettuce tasted like it hadn’t been washed and there was SO much mayo on it that it was dripping EVERYWHERE. Barely any bacon. My nuggets weren’t even hot. Dude didn’t ask if I needed ketchup for my fries and for 2 people ordering food, we got 2 whole napkins. Seriously?!? 2 freaking napkins?!? Idk why I expect customer service or anything of quality from anywhere anymore… I certainly shouldn’t have here. Shame on me. No more Norton Wendy’s for me. Ever

I walked in at 7pm. I was the only one in the facility and nobody in line at drive thru. There was 6 people working. I was told by manager that I would have to go through the drive thru they didn’t have enough help. All the while there were 2 employees Manning the counter,3 to 4 in the back at cooking stations. Plus the manager. But she didn’t have enough help to take my order. I was stunned. I walked out for good. Will never go back.

Service: 4/5: I did have to wait a bit longer than I was expecting since I was the only person in the drive thru AND I had a mobile order, but understand that openers in the morning can sometimes be rushing around to get things ready. Workers were kind and I could tell they were hustling.
Presentation: 5/5: The food looked great, the Breakfast Baconator that I ordered actually looked like how it is normally advertised (standing tall instead of smushed together).
Value: 5/5: The amount of food I got for money spent was a great deal. Normally my meal would have been around $8, but because Wendy’s offers daily coupons that can really save you some money, I was able to get it for $4 instead. I feel $8 would have been overpriced for what I got (especially considering the health value of the meal), but for $4 it is definitely worth it if you need something in a pinch and are willing to order online (which is how you get most of the good deals).

Unfortunately, routinely slow service and they have a tendency to mess the orders up so check before leaving if you’re doing the drive thru. Update 1/13/23 Never go to this restaurant. The above info is absolutely still true. We did door dash because we are all terribly sick. Door dash works fine. This Wendy’s lived up to its terrible reviews. We received half our food and my son’s PLAIN burgers came with nothing but cheese on it. No meat, nothing. Now, I have a sick kid that I need to find a way to feed when I myself is sick. Dave would be disappointed!!!
Update: 10/30/24- thought I’d give this location another try but again had issues. The grilled chicken wrap was a lettuce wrap as there was very little chicken and they forgot my fries. Submitted a complaint online with no response.

Wonderful manager with a great personality! The coffee was excellent, and the egg and cheese muffin was so fresh. Other places are never that fresh, especially the bread. I don’t know her name except people should go and see. Good management is so important. She made my day. I love food. lol

No butter or sour cream for baked potatoes
Chilli bowl only 1/2 full and cold. No sauce for chicken tenders. Unacceptable for the price they charge. Won’t be back this happens way to often.

Unfortunately this was not a good experience. This is our 3rd visit in the last couple months. The last 2 visits have been great. Tonight’s visit was less than good.
