literally got our food and drinks, they got everything right. get home, start enjoying the food and i bite into my burger, look down and it’s raw. i have never had this happen to me before, but this is absolutely disgusting. it’s as if they stuck it in for like 20 seconds and decided it was done.

It’s a hit and miss with this location. This visit the fries were cold and so was my chicken Asiago. I paid for Medium but received a small cup. The inside sitting area was clean. The service felt like they were ready to rush me out. It was more of a convenience fast food stop.

Customer service was pretty good. It was raining and I was tired. So I didn’t want to cook when I got home.They were out of the cookies I wanted, they said 5 minutes. Turned into almost 15. So I called just to see what was going on. I was the onky drive-through customer when this happened. Just to put things into context. Then two cars came while I waited. Back on track.. the worker said the cookies just came out. So they took 3 cookies that were fresh and not done. Stacked them on top of each other. Was no way to separate them. So I waited for nothing and had to put the cookies in the trash. The kids were disappointed, so thanks for that.

Wonderful friendly staff and clean newly remodeled. The ladies that run the front counter always go above and beyond. Last time she walked around the counter to help me and my child get settled at our table. This time another employee gave my kids complementary mini frosties. It’s so rare to see customer service like this! Well done Westlake Wendys!

I ordered a Dave’s double, every time I order from this location the food is cold, this time was no different but the burger was, I don’t even know what burger I got but it had to have just been an extra one they had lying around with bacon on it for some reason, absolute garbage, never coming back, thanks!

I feel that you should offer at least one refill on coffee if your eating inside.i would suggest a way is after you give the one refill mark an x on the cup and then your only giving one. Guests are able to get a refill on pop and seems unlimited but not even one refill on coffee. That would be nice change too see.

Food is cold most of the time, I used to enjoy eating here but the quality of the food has hit an all new low. If the workers spent more time on putting out quality food instead a playing around then maybe things will get better! This place is too expensive to to receive cold and scrappy food! You’d be better off just going Red Robin!
