Wendy’s seems to be going downhill. From the dated building and dirty facility to the poor staff hiring. The pricing is lower than the competition but competing on low price doesn’t seem to be a good long term strategy.
On my most recent visit the Freestyle machine was out of 75% of flavors. Both ketchup dispenser were empty. Trash was everywhere and employees left used cartoons laying around on the counters. The bathrooms are gross and smell weird.
The only reasons I go to Wendy’s is the low price for Biggie bag, the fries, chocolate chip cookies and Freestyle. If the Freestyle syrups are empty that takes away one reason for going.

Just had an incredibly positive experience at this Wendy’s location. Donna offered prompt and friendly service that goes to show why Wendy’s is just a cut above other fast food establishments.

literally got our food and drinks, they got everything right. get home, start enjoying the food and i bite into my burger, look down and it’s raw. i have never had this happen to me before, but this is absolutely disgusting. it’s as if they stuck it in for like 20 seconds and decided it was done.

Greeted with a welcome and a smile. Fries were not super fresh but edible, sandwich was made wrong but they corrected it quickly. Cinnamon desert was worth the expense.
And bathroom was clean!!

The food was good, service was pretty decent, they were in a rush and seemed to forget a few things like a drink and sauce but that alright, we just asked to get it after we got our stuff. And overall it was actually really clean, and the bathrooms were nice.

Ordered pickup, placed the order 30 minutes before arriving. When I arrived the cashier, (an older woman who’s name I did not catch) bluntly told me “I don’t have it”. Confused, I asked what she meant and she told me it wasn’t ready/had not been started yet. A bit frustrated I told her it had been 30 minutes since I placed the order online and was told, “it doesn’t matter, it comes in when it comes in”. During this whole exchange there was no apology or even any words spoken that sounded like she understood how someone could be understandably frustrated their order was not ready at a fast food establishment 30 minutes after the order was placed.
After receiving my order I opened the bag to confirm everything I ordered was included. It was not. I brought the bag back to the counter and at this point quite frustrated informed the cashier of the missing items. She proceeded to blame me rushing the order for the missing item and angrily re-packed the bag with the correct order.
I understand a busy lunch hour can be frustrating and I typically don’t complain about staff as I know the order not being printed is really not their fault, just a poorly designed online ordering system. However, the attitude and blaming the customer when an item in the order is missing is completely unacceptable service. A word of sympathy would have gone a long way instead of the terrible attitude I received from the cashier.
