Everything about my lunch visit was lovely. The place was clean, the bathrooms spotless, the food hit and fresh and made exactly to my requests. The manager was very capable and respectful of her staff.
Also the magic coke machine was fully stocked and the coke cherry float was such a yummy new twist!!

Absolutely disgusting. Waited forever for a Dave’s Single (does that even look like a Dave’s in the picture…) nuggets, and fries. When we finally received our food it was ice cold and looked gross. Didn’t even attempt to eat my burger. I’d rather go to the one on Pearl in Old Brooklyn, and that says a lot. Never going again!

Worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. I had to wait 20 minutes in the Drive-Thru for crispy chicken sandwich and a drink while two people that came after me got their food before me. And multiple times I’ve ordered things on the app and showed up and they told me that they didn’t have them and I needed to take it up at the corporate office for a refund.

Absolutely no respect for this establishment and will not be buying from here. Today I witnessed a guy walked in asking for a job. Workers including manager/supervisor whom took his information where laughing and making insiders as for example “I mean did he get the job (laughing) I really hope he did” this gentleman had not even walked out of the establishment yet and God knows how much more they said after I left. This only shows no empathy for others, bullying and zero work ethics from this team. I’ll be contacting the correct agency and hope they take action on thos employees.

I’ve been coming here for 8 years, right down the street from my house. I thought that things would improve after it was purchased by a new owner bur unfortunately the staff is actually worse. The manager is a complete joke with a nasty attitude, she does not stand out among the teenage staff. I was actually astonished that she’s the manager because she is by far the most rude one. I don’t understand how they get away with being so disgustingly rude every single time and keep their jobs. I’ll just go to a different location from now on.

We will never be back and you should fire your district manager. We went through the drive through and ordered a double, a chicken wrap and two small Frosty’s. Simple enough. We were handed our Frosty’s and asked to pull forward to wait for our sandwiches. After waiting 15 minutes I went inside to see what was taking so long. By this time there were four cars behind me in the drive through and there were four more people waiting inside. Only two employees were behind the counter trying to run everything. I asked for my food and was made to wait another 5 minutes. At that point I asked for a refund. One of the employees finally handed me a bag. On my way out I was appalled to find a district manager and another Wendy’s employee sitting in the dining room together having a conversation. I pointed out to the district manager that his staff were floundering and could use a hand. He very sarcastically and condescendingly told me “next time we’ll do better” There will not be a next time for me or the companion I was with. Your management is the worst.

Stopped there to put something on my stomach before coming into work at 9 am and literally just ruined my entire day after speaking to someone whom claimed to be the manager but was very unprofessional and unapologetic after serving me raw chicken which can lead to serious food borne illnesses. I will never look at chicken the same. On top of that I was told I can not nbe refunded and save the raw sandwich and bring it back after I get off work at 5 pm so that means it will sit in my car for close to 10 hours. Never did a review but this was one I couldn’t let go. Hopefully they will get better management to handle situations like this differently. It’s only 11:30 and my stomach is hurting on top of being paranoid about the thought along of eat some of that sandwich

Now I know why there is nobody eating here. This was purchased at 222 pm on 6/21. 2.79$ for a jr deluxe. Bread completely stale, burger is dry and hard taste terrible. Close this place or hire new staff.

If any place deserves 1 star, it’s this Wendy’s. I used to stop here occasionally after COVID, but even that was rare. The workers were unprofessional, the doors were locked so you couldn’t go inside, and you were forced to use the drive-thru. For being the only customer there, the food still wasn’t fresh. Honestly, just go to the Sonic, McDonald’s, or any other place nearby — they’ll serve you better. And let’s be real, it’s Wendy’s… who even likes this place?

The ai drive thru is horrible and beyond annoying if youre looking at the menu for more than 3 seconds it yells at you to “take your time” then when you ask it to repeat your order back it doesn’t say anything. The people inside. 10/10 incredible and were very helpful. The ai 0/100000. Take the ai off. Will change my rating as soon as ai drive thru goes away
