The service was fine everyone was nice I just wish if they were out of tomato they would say something. I was told they were out of chicken strips. I really like tomatoes and if they said something I could have adjusted my order or expectations, between stale fries and no warning of missing ingredients I’m a bit underwhelmed.

We ordered two sandwich meals and one ten piece spicy nugget meal. They added pickles and tartar sauce to our sandwiches, and gave me a regular ten piece instead of a spicy one. They were very rude on the phone. They said they can only remake the food if we give the wrongly made food back. We live far do not want to get up and go for remade food. They proceeded to hang in my mother’s face, when she called about the issue. This place has three stars and deserves even lower than that.

This is by far the slowest Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. Every time I go here it takes so long to finally get my food and leave and they always forget something or the food is cold or not fresh. The night crew is the absolute worse.

We came here today at around 7pm. The young lady cashier was handling food and money at the same time. No proper food handling. She was holding the cups with the palm on the lids. Then I saw her doing the same thing to a cup of nuggets on someone else order. Then the orders took so long because they were chit chatting the whole time. We spent 35+ mins waiting on the food.

Ordered a cobb salad and I have no idea what kind of chicken was given to me. I’m not sure if it’s fried or grilled but the chicken is very old and stale. I called and spoke to “one” of the managers and advised I was at work now and he asked me is there anyway I can bring it back today?!? Like are you serious. Wasting time, energy, and gas going back to return old food that should’ve never been served.

If I could give 0 stars I would.i came here on break to get something to eat got stuck in line for 20 mins with 10 mins of a break left and finally got to order only to order and get to the window and finally be told that my food with take 10 mins?there was more than enough time to drop my food and have ot ready with me waiting 20 mins.you have workers cursing over the monitor and everyone can here them,telling people to wait in the rudest way possible when trying to place.if it was a wait you could have said that at the intercom when I was ordering instead of telling someone last minute…this place is terrible and has poor customer service.whoever was on that mic today at 10 30 am shame on you for your foul language aswell

I’ve never had more polarizing experiences at a single location than at this Wendy’s. One of my employees and I visited two Saturdays in a row. The first visit was rough—the cashier got our orders wrong, rolled her eyes repeatedly, and made a few inappropriate comments. Afterward, my colleague said, “I’ve never been more verbally abused while trying to order food.”
Naturally, we expected another bad experience the following week. To our surprise, it was the complete opposite. The cashier this time was incredibly friendly and helpful. She greeted every customer with a smile, consistently used kind terms like “love,” and genuinely seemed to enjoy her job. Her attitude completely shifted the experience, and she absolutely deserves recognition—or even a raise.
Honestly, if I were hiring right now, I’d strongly consider offering her a job.

Horrible, don’t know how else to describe it, went there on July 2nd and walked inside and no one was at counter to take orders, everyone in back saw us standing there waiting and never said anything, then a guy finally came up to take orders, but instead of taking orders he preceded to have his face in his phone instead of help the 5 people standing waiting to order food. So we walked out hungry because of poor service and negligent workers, do better.. if I could give no stars I would, because it was just all around horrible
