I was served seasoned potatoes that fell well into the FOOD SAFETY DANGER ZONE. I was handed a cold bag outside the drive thru window and I was the only customer in line. Dining in was not open at the time. I was directed to pull forward for a “fresh batch” of potatoes. After roughly.. 10 minutes of waiting I pulled off and didnt bother retrieving a refund.
The establishment showed me how they treat their customers.
I brought this location fresh dozen case of dunkin donuts one morning for great service.
After this last interaction, food poisoning is not worth the convenience of this location.
Never again. Do not order Wendy’s from here if you care about your health.

This has got to be one of the worst Wendy’s in the Cleveland area! Food always taste old and cold! I asked how much a extra sauce was because I ordered a 6 piece nugget and you only get one and she said 50 cents! Ahh no thanks ma’am!

Just horrible I’ve lived in Garfield for my whole life and this place has ran down so bad I will never return. Tell me no I can’t make my fries baconator fries with my meal then wants to up charge me for a frosty or lemonade due to them being of soft drinks. I’m just disgusted. OFF TO TACO BELL I GO

Does this look appetizing? Mind you I didn’t ask for extra ketchup and both sides of the burger is covered with it. This genuinely makes me sick… ATP these workers just playing with peoples food. Line was also wrapped around the entire building. Would not recommend going here if your hungry.

Don’t even bother unless you like waiting in line to constantly repeat your order just for it to be wrong or the fries to taste old. It’s less of a hassle to drive to a different one a little further away.

Just went there. Hasn’t been there in a long time because of the poor customer service. Well the servers were pretty friendly. However, I asked for 4 chicken tenders, got home had 3. Those things aren’t cheap. No napkins either. I won’t go back to that one. It wasn’t busy either.

So things took a while to get done and served BUT to compensate the young man at the register was very polite and gave my daughter a huge frosty and got me a purple hi-c even tho they were out. He got me my drink. Great customer service goes a long way. I was inside. Not drive through.

The store is dirty, very, very loud music playing. Two people asked if I was placing an order. I said yes. They both walked away. TOO much attention payed to dancing. I spent 12 years in real, worst customer service experience! The manager should be ashamed!

Pulled up to the drive thru on a Friday night at 110am. Restaurant doesn’t close until 2am. No one came and took my order. Employees standing in lobby and the 1 employee taking out trash looked right at me. Ignored me like I wasn’t even there. This is why I don’t support the businesses in this neighborhood. The customer service is nonexistent, they are rude,they work when they want and all the businesses have their own made up hours despite what is shown online. NEVER AGAIN
