Wanted a fish sandwich on 2/5/26, checked the website to verify availability. Definitely on website. Went in , ordered 2 fish, and 2 baked potatoes. Cashier looked at me like I was from Mars, and with disdain, told me neither was available… check back in a week or 2… seriously lacking in customer service. Clearly lacking communication between corporate and the front line. Never again. No wonder they are closing hundreds of stores.

Placed an order via drive-thru on 3/4/26. The service here is often slow and unreliable. I waited at the speaker for several minutes before the staff rudely told me to wait. When I checked in again, I was yelled at. This has occurred multiple times during visits to this location. On the plus side, my food was prepared well and came out perfect. Save your time and energy for another location.

Yeah, food and service were absolutely good, dining room was nice and clean. Staff was talkative, but very polite. I did not go when extremely busy. Don’t know what the bad reviews are about been to truely trash can Wendy’s. This is not one of them. The frosty machine was working, lol.

Prepare to somehow have an awful fast food experience. The woman taking orders in the drive through is a complete jerk. She had the attitude that conveyed that anything you wanted or said was immediately making everything worse for everyone there. They were unhappy that I had a reward to redeem. I received my burger with no melted cheese and my nuggets had no sauce. When I pulled up to the window she got upset about scanning my rewards and then was upset that I was waiting for her to read me the total for the rest of the food. Absolutely no hospitality and the owner should be ashamed of how bad this Wendys is. EVERYTIME I come here it’s a horrible experience.

Absolutely ridiculous how slow this place is. I sat in line for 17 minutes waiting to get to the drive through menu, there was 3 cars in front of me. When I got to the menu board it took nearly 2 more minutes before anyone spoke up, when they did it was “good on a second” then I sat for 2 more minutes before leaving to go anywhere else. There’s no way on this earth after that amount of time at a fast food drive through with 3 cars in the parking lot should take that long to get an order. I’ve been to Wendy’s with 15 cars in the drive through and received my food in less than 10 minutes. I will never, ever go back to this location. The lack of traffic to this location at lunch time probably should have been a clue to the absolutely incompetent service and management running the place. I spent more than half of my lunch break in line for nothing!

Just left this restaurant and I have to say this has to be one of the worst run Wendy’s I have ever come to! The line for the drive-thru is out to the street so I decided to go in and order my food the line on the inside wasn’t much better. I waited a total of 32 minutes from the time I ordered my food to the time my order was given to me. Another customer was complaining that they weren’t wearing any gloves while making the sandwiches. They did not have any frosties or baked potatoes. The manager and staff just looked overwhelmed and this was just a regular dinner hour. The only upside is that my order was correct that is a plus I guess. But the buns on the sandwiches were a little stale

Most horrible service ever, the wait is extremely too long for fast food. There wasn’t a line in the drive thru and I was the only car. They weren’t even busy so why did it take 20 minutes to get 3 kids meals??

Do not expect any basic service if it’s past 7pm. Only car at 10:30pm told to wait and I waited 10 minutes at the drive thru and left. Drove away and saw employees sitting inside looking like they were asleep. Don’t waste your money.

This is the dirtiest and nastiest Wendy’s I have been to. The kitchen is nasty. There is dust and cobwebs everywhere on the monitors. The toilets are both broken. Buns for the hamburgers were cold.
