If there was an option to give a place no stars, this would be the place. Terrible customer service. I very specific in regards to my order being correct. After taking my order and confirming my total I came around to my lemonade that I requested with no ice has ice. I am a nurse and I’m usually not able to get to my meal right away due to being busy. The manager yelled at me and told me the drinks have to have ice in them (which is a lie I travel from state to state and have never had any discrepancies) and told me take my food and pull off. She also advise me that she wasn’t coming to the window as the manager to further explain or address the issue. As a paying customer I am highly disappointed of the customer service skill being taught to the workers. I asked for the managers name to give it to corporate, and based on her knowing how disrespectful she had been she refused to give it to me. And when I requested the information from one of the employees she said “she’s going to be mad if I tell you her name, I’m sorry she’s acting like this.” In an environment where the employees are intimidated by the manager who is supposed to lead by example is very sad and needs some tending to before this specific manager feds off this kind of energy to the rest of the staff and spoil the whole bunch. Will never come back to this location… and yes I called corporate because they deserve to know who they have running this store.

It’s always something at this location, either the systems are down, today she couldn’t take my order because Of a shift change. When you order a sandwich is cold and just thrown together. GET IT TOGETHER OR JUST CLOSE THIS LOCATION. It’s such a inconvenience to wait and then be told you can’t order anything. It happens multiple times a week. I work close by and I go there alot. It’s very sad and unprofessional. DO BETTER

SURPRISINGLY!! The drive thru wasn’t crowded for breakfast. But my sandwich was okay! I had #7 off the board. Not so good I didn’t not like the sauce at all but, the fries was hot an fresh with an sprite.

If I could give negative stars I would. I pulled up with my family at 930 pm to complete silence at the drive through waiting for someone to greet us at the speaker . Before someone spoke you hear music and people cursing through the speakers then the young lady proceeds to capture our order with an attitude every other question as if we’ve interrupted her evening. It’s 2 hours before closing and I’ve never been treated so rude at this location. I know employees are hard to find but please find some respectable, courteous, or polite employees to serve your customer base . Worst experience ever ! I am lost on how your order taker even still has her job smh ♀️

It’s a Wendy’s. The drive through on this one is a sharp turn. You can clearly see where many people did not make it. Service was a bit rushed but, we did come in from our flight late and just needed something quick. Food was prepped quick and hot. Baked potatoes where ready but also had probably been ready for a few hours. Foods good service is quick drive though is not for everyone.

Absolute joke of a Wendy’s. You’ll sit at the drive through for at least 5min before anyone acknowledges your existence. Then you’ll have to repeat everything on your order at least 2x. Then you’ll wait at the window for 2 more min before they tell you to pull around to the back, which is nearly impossible due to the location, to wait another minimum 10min. Don’t get excited when no one is in line ’cause it’ll still happen.

I ordered what was billed as the “NEW” grilled chicken wrap last night, 4/19. I was so disappointed. The meat was not well distributed in the wrap, so it was almost like picking up an ice cream cone. It had obviously been made hours before and the meat was dry and the cheese had been melted before. There was just a little ranch dressing. I had to throw it away; I ate half of it because I was hungry. I think the workers’ attitude at this location is poor.

UNDERSTAFFED!!! Waited for a bit in the drive thru only to be asked to come back in 10-15 minutes because of shift change. I thought they would be able to take orders at 430 pm on a Saturday, especially with all the travellers for mothers day weekend.
