The Wendy’s at 4037 Mayfield Rd is the worst of them all. It is extremely mismanaged. The service is terrible and the delivery service is just as bad. They often fail to put the entire order in the bag but won’t refund the money. When attempts to contact them are made, there is no reply. This will be my last time going to Wendy’s.

They always get the combo sizes wrong or forget a part of my order and there’s no way to get a refund for mobile pickup orders. Drive thru is insanely slow, usually takes 20-30 minutes, so plan for that, even when doing mobile pickup.
