Horrible and absolutely terrible customer service from the drive through guy. I think his name is Justin. You’d know him because he’s a bigger guy with glasses with an unkempt scruffy beard and he sounds like hes yelling into the speaker. Very poor customer service skills. After you’re done ordering(and after he keeps saying “IS THAT IT???” which is also VERY rude), he’ll just say “COME TO THE WINDOW”. I don’t how this franchise is training it’s workers but its abysmal. No real greetings, just cold, lackluster and rude. I get working at a fast food place can be taxing and annoying. But you DO KNOW that you’re dealing with the public and you should good to excellent customer service. I mean seriously, “come to the window”?? Where else am I going to go? The bathroom?

Very bad experience!
Drive thru 30 minute before closing but a longish line. Asked for chicken nuggets, lady said they don’t have any (completely fine) and I said do you have fries. She said yes, I said can I have a large. She gave me my total and that was it. I wasn’t done yet, I asked if they had burgers still available, she threw off her headset (we could see her from the speaker). Another lady who was extremely helpful took our order while we heard this other lady yell, swear, and complain about us being there that late (Friday night). At the window, we could still hear and see her screaming in the back. When we got home, the fries were not even half full and the burger was still pink inside and outside.

This is the cleanest Wendy’s in the area. The staff is always polite and helpful. They also always have nice decorations for the Christmas season, plus they still play Christmas music after the 25th which is cool. The food is always hot and fresh. 5 stars all around.

Disgusting. Ordered two frosties at the drive through and it looked like it was done then he walked away and brought them back one at a time. The cup was sticky and caps where half off. They just looked at us strange before they took them back as well. What did they do when I couldn’t see the frosties. Why where they sooooo sticky and the caps not in properly?

Ordered at the drive thru. They didn’t have any salad!?I ordered a Wendy’s double with kechup and a grilled chicken. They gave me a double cheeseburger with lettuce tomato pickles and sauce. They didn’t give me my receipt so I can’t even complain.

I walked into the lobby today and ordered 2 meals a biggie bag and then 2 bacon cheese burger the jr ones and I asked for no mayo and the lady still put mayo on them and then was so rude when she had to get 2 more without mayo on it very unprofessional. And then got loud and said I never said no mayo when I said no mayo twice . And then asked me if they would just be okay I am in fact allergic to mayo very unprofessional and the door was locked on one side of the lobby so I had to go to the other side.

Around 640 pm Sunday 12/28 manager on duty was screaming and pointing her pen in the guy on registers face.
As a manger it is your duty to help your crew, it’s not their job to do everything in the restaurant and get yelled at when they fall behind. Absolutely disgusting I didn’t even eat my food there I ended up leaving & I feel absolutely awful my child saw this happened to an employee this is not how anyone should be treated. You don’t treat people like that regardless if you feel they need to do better or not. I will be calling corporate but it is closed at this moment.

The worst fast food place ever. Go on my break sometimes and get the same thing everytime, always missing some items and when asking for them- the attitude of the workers is disgusting. Was told today what I usually order is not a thing and they can’t just take the bun off the sandwich for me, they literally could not comprehend how they could do this. Told me to pull up after spending awhile to them explaining to just put the patties and everything else in bag except the bun. Told them I literally had a gluten allergy and cannot have the bread and heard them all laugh in the back. Will probably never be back. Everyone there hates their lives and jobs and take it out on everyone else.

I ordered the $3 Son of a Baconator. The fact that adding fries and a drink equals an additional $8 is criminal!! I could’ve gotten TWO more sandwiches for that!! ♂️.. but I digress.
My sandwich didn’t have bacon on it. I returned 5 minutes later. I told the young man at the counter what happened. He took the bag with the sandwich and gave it to a lady in the back. I could see 3 ppl over my sandwich.
I told the young man I’d like a refund because I don’t know what’s happening to my food over there. He told one of the ladies and returned to me. He then told me the manager said they don’t give out refunds. I asked for the manager’s name, he wouldn’t say.
In summary, I paid $11 for fries & a drink and was denied a refund..

This Wendy’s routinely forgets items from your order and food often arrives cold. Tonight my order was placed at 10:17p and when my third dasher went to get the food at 11:15p, it still wasn’t ready.
