Stopped in at 6pm on a weekday and they said they were going through a 20 mi tire shift change…at least they communicated promptly. Can’t speak to the food.

Went here on November 1st around lunch time. Put my order in goes to drive thru let them know I have a mobile order get to window and get told. I have to come inside because of a system issue. Just wasted about 8 mins in the drive thru. Come inside and the manager explains what’s going on. No issue I asked for my cup to make my drink. The employee female decides to curse at me because I walked off to cool down. She claims I’m being rude and proceeds to curse at me and slams my empty cup on the counter. After that me and her exchanged words and I walked out because nobody not even my mother is about to talk to me crazy. I want my refund of 10.79 ASAP and I will be contacting corporate about this incident and won’t be coming back to this location. Rude employee and she was talking over the manager after I stopped talking to her to avoid confrontation.
Update: Spoke to a district manager they apologized and claimed they were gonna send me coupons instead of a refund… never received them so at this point won’t be supporting anymore wendys… ill eat elsewhere. This place is 100 percent should be closed

Bathroom is nasty !! I wouldn’t even let a dog shit in it . The inside in gross the drive thru is slow ! If you dont order everything u can’t add one single thing on at the window. Not even a drink.. I wouldn’t come back here, save your time and money

I came here a while ago and left a bad review because they forgot stuff ..but I just came here recently and I had great customer service ,food was fresh and hot and everything was in the bag !! I’ll be back again thanks for the fresh food and good customer service

I love the frosty the most especially the white one.(Vanilla) Reminds me of vanilla bean ice cream. If COVID hadn’t closed most of the restaurants, meaning you have to have a car to get food now, my favorite place. Is no longer the same if I can’t get through the door. Fine I’ll just continue to cook my meals at home. It was fun. All fast food places will be closed soon enough. Especially since Taco Bell wins the food chain wars LMAO. Stopped for a late night something to eat. Was pleased to see they had the “Free Frosty” key chains available. Had a difficult time finding them in Indiana. Had checked several different cities w/ no luck.

They were out of meat and we waited 45mins for a poorly put together sandwich and cold fries..because we waited so long my husband drank his whole drink and asked for a refill the girl at the window said her manager said she couldn’t give refills. We asked “even after waiting 45mins” she closed the window and a another girl came with an attitude so we just pulled off.
