No fries. Long wait. Forgot our drink. Out of damn near everything. This is how my frosty was given to me. One employee was standing around scratching his head then making people’s drinks without washing his hands. Goodness. I will never frequent this one ever again. Terrible.

Three bad visits in a row deserves a review. First visit was the most pathetic Wendy’s burger I ever received, second visit both chilis were only 2/3 full, and today I got two chills with nothing but liquid and a single marble sized chunk of ground beef, but not a single bean. I basically drank it because they skimmed the liquid from the top. IMHO, this is a very mediocre Wendy’s. Go to Oakwood or Boston Hts. They really owe me thre new meals but I’m sure I’ll never see them.

Couldn’t place order because lunch menu wasn’t switched to breakfast. Lady at drive thru very rude! I explained twice I couldn’t see the breakfast menu to give the correct number for what I wanted to order. Rushed me, and when I guess she felt I was taking too long, she ignored me. There was no line behind either. Very unprofessional! If you’re not a morning person, then change shifts!

Went through the drive through all I ordered was 2 six piece nuggets and a baconator frie. I was asked to pull forward, which I did , to wait on my order , sat and waited for what she said was the cheese for the fries , which I didn’t understand, five cars all got their orders and were on their way before I got my three items, ridiculous, don’t recommend going, by the time I got my food it was cold and had to re heat at home.

An absolute never again. This is a neighborhood place that has gone downhill over the years. Mist recently, I placed an online order and had to go inside. No one greeted me, my food was 30 minutes late ( I forgot to pick it up). There 4 workers who emerged from outside and I had to ask about my order. The only nice, consistent person is the older white lady, with nice nails and jewelry, running the drive thru window. The place did not look clean and the soda machine has not been wiped down. The only reason I ate the food was that I watched them prepare it, but made a mental note never to visit this establishment again. Talking with neighbors, they all seemed to share a bad experience at that location.

12/2/25 lunch time – The employee taking my order at the speaker and serving me at the window had the worst demeanor! There was zero niceness to her. Just an awful experience. If I wasn’t so hungry, I would’ve drove off.
