I want to complain much, but dave’s burgers got his name on it and they always had leaf lettuce. Shredded lettuce sucks, it looks like confetti, especially what it’s on top of my burger, like an ex on a treasure map. The service and staff here usually seems great. Went to drive thru during regular business hours and was told that they are only serving doordash orders. So I did a doordash pickup order )paid the upcharge) and half my order was missing. I went back to the drive thru get the rest of my order and was told they are out of frostys, and ALL the toppings for my taco salad, including chili. Bc they are closing. It was only 10pm. Workers were rude, were playing in the dining room. No one was working. I left there with no refund and a bowl.of.brown lettuce.
I asked for store manager name so I can contact him about the service I received and was told “We ain’t got no manager” and was ignored until I left.

Came here to pick up a doordash and was greeted with attitude by a white employee tall with glasses on. Very rude, seemed bothered by my presence. Told me he makes the rules there which he doesn’t since he was in regular employee clothes not manager attire, all for a cup holder which I was denied multiple times. They don’t do holders for one drink which is understandable but that man’s attitude towards customers is ridiculous.

Not only was the wait long but the meat was not cooked AT ALL and the buns were extremely hard there was a sign on the speaker that said order at the window then they said they can only take cash smh not even worth the gas to go get my money back stay far away from this location

I don’t understand how they have 3 stars. This place needs shut down immediately. Ordered 2 meals, chicken nuggets were so old they were hard, crispy chicken sandwich was raw, took one bite into the rubbery sandwich that was leaking liquid and almost threw up. Please go any place other than this. If I wasn’t so tired I would have taken everything back up there. Don’t feed it to your animals!

This place is really bad anymore. You literally wait in line for 20 – 30 everytime I come here. They are so slow. Food tasted old and cold. An the staff they are the rudest around. Never get a nice greeting or even a smile out of anyone. Why work around customers if you can’t be friendly. And fast food workers want paid more. Then you need to earn it. Make Quality food and have quality service. People just put food in a bag anymore and don’t care what it looks like or tastes like.

At this point- I’m not sure how this location is still in business. overall the customer service, business operations, management, the downline..- everything should be reconsidered, evaluated and improved at this location . I waited in line for approximately 30minutes which was not an issue at first because It was very busy time period. However once I get up to the front desk to tell the employee my order , she said “I’m bout to stop taking orders for awhile so” and just looked at me and walked off to make mobile orders that just came in. Mind you there’s a hell of a line building up behind me but nevertheless, I wait patiently another 15 minutes. She comes back to take my order and I ask for a taco salad . And of course!! they did not have any taco salads
So again as a business why are we advertising things we don’t have ? This is not the first time I had this issue at this location. But it will be the last. Wasting people’s time, money and energy coming here just for below par service. Corporate/Management/ somebody needs to do better at equipping this establishment so that employees can do their job efficiently, and with quality. And maybe training on time management/ allotment and compartmentalization- if there’s a line of 15 people or more in store/ in front of you why are we actively making online orders for people who are not present at the moment?
Is it a limited staffing issue ? Maybe idk. There are so many concerns here

I placed a mobile order as I have many times. I usually use the drive thru to pick it up. This time I was told the policy is I have to come inside to pick up mobile orders when the dining room is open. The app clearly states to pull up to the drive thru and tell them I have a mobile order. Wondering how “mobile”it is if I have to park and go inside. What’s the point in doing that then? I’ll avoid this location from now on.
