We ordered 2 Dave’s singles and one small Fry.. just under 15 bucks!!!!
The burgers were ok but the fries weren’t worth anything. Cold, under cooked and so greasy we threw them out… We didn’t have time to go back and complain or I would have,,, believe me for that kind of money for crappy food…

My son and I stopped here tonight after practice and the service was great! Food was fresh, and there was a little wait on the order and he gave my son some extra tenders without telling us. The bagging was perfectly neat also. Nothing missing either!

I have stopped here several times, but this Wendy’s definitely ranks on the low end of the locations I’ve been to. The food tasted fine, but it took a while to be ready.

However, the biggest issue was the service. When we arrived, we had to wait for several minutes before someone came to the register to take our order. When one of the employees was instructed to take our order, he complained to the other employee and was somewhat rude as he acted like he did not want to serve us.

If you’re looking to grab a quick meal on your way across I90, I’d stop somewhere else.

I ordered at the drive-thru…just fries and a burger…and it took over 15 minutes! What was their excuse?! I don’t know! Thanks, but no thanks…and the staff was very uncooperative. I don’t ask for free…I pay for my food and I’m polite…at least I expect that same politeness.

Have gotten different food then we ordered. Haven’t gotten all the food we ordered and paid for.. have let it go many times. But the attitude and disrespect we experienced last night was uncalled for.. we told you the “tap” feature on the debit card we handed you didn’t work, and yet we watched you stand there and try to tap it anyway for a few minutes then you forcefully tried to jam the card into the chip reader. With and attitude and very disrespectfully you finally opened the window and told us that we needed to try a different card.. when I told you we weren’t trying another card because there wasn’t anything wrong with the one we gave you. You really turned on the attitude then. Slammed the window continued to try to tap the card we already told you 3 times wouldn’t work.. then you finally entered the card manually and it must have went through then because you then Slammed the window open rudely handed the card back, pretty much tried to throw the bag of food into our car and Slammed the window again. No thank you no have a good night.. luckily for all involved I decided to let the nasty pop you gave us go. So yet again got messed up food/drinks and had to deal with one of the most rude and unprofessional people there so far…. I hope this finds the right people and you end up getting better customer service training or a job where you dont have direct contact with paying customers. Also would like to thank you for not offering a receipt so we can’t see who it was that was so rude but sure there’s other ways to find and report that.

Easy to find. Right by my hotel service was great even though I walked in right before dining room was closing. Service was quick and food was fresh. Get a frosty too.

There’s a 50/50 chance that your order is messed up. I misspoke once and when I tried to have my order corrected I got a ton of attitude. I told them I was willing to pay the difference for my mistake and that it was my bad, but still was spoken down to. This is the only Wendy’s that I have experienced this with and I have had similar experiences at this store since I am a local. I will never be back.
