Girl on the drive through decided to talk to me in an English accent that she suddenly lost at the window. Ordered 2 Jr bacons and a large coke somehow this totaled $9.56. Both buns soggy both meat and bacon burnt on both sandwiches. Pass this Wendy’s up if your going to pay that much for s Jr burger better be a good burger.

Around 8:25pm Aug 8 (today) I went to get dinner from here and I open my bag to see an ENTIRE HAIR BALL on top of my salad. The young boy at the window was shocked like I was and understanding that I didn’t want to take it. I saw the female manager and called for her(the windown was open) just to let her know to make sure that was taken care of and that it happened and this random half bald headed guy with a pony tale pretends like he didn’t hear me and slammed the window shut and put his headset on. It was very rude rude. Then when I got my bag from the boy he took the headset off and proceeded like I couldn’t have said something right then about what happened. I had a long day and just left it alone. Clearly so did he. Thank you to the young man at the window who seemed understanding. No hair balls next time thx

Very slow in drive through. Orders were wrong and soi messed up it was pathetic. Go somewhere else! This was a baked potato with sour cream. Nope. Not even. What’s with the chili sauce drizzle? Ordered a cup of chili. Didn’t get it. Guess they combine things whenever they want. Burger wasn’t even made as requested.

The apple pecan salads are SUPPOSED to have blue cheese crumbles, but they’re serving them without the crumbles. They don’t even have them in the store. Really disappointing.

The place was kept very clean and had a small but very organized dining area. The cashiers were friendly and the atmosphere was not loud at all, very peaceful to sit down and enjoy a meal. The food was typical of Wendy’s, I love most their menu so I can be biased at that. Everything I recieved was fresh and the wait was non-existent. I went late however, so that could contribute.

Ate there yesterday on my work lunch break. An hour later was in the bathroom non stop at work , had to leave work & spent my evening in the bathroom coming out both ends and had to call off work today. I am certain it’s food poisoning!

My son and I stopped for dinner.. The server/ cash register girl seemed to have no ability to process my request. I got a 5 for 5 and a bacon cheeseburger. Instead of a jr bacon cb I got a double whatever it was, my fries were cold and the bacon cheeseburger was a disaster. I went to discuss my order and she just stared at me. I asked to talk to manager or supervisor. She stared at me. I spent 13.00 for 4 chicken nuggets and tossed the rest of it. I could have shouted and made a scene but that isn’t me. VERY DISAPPOINTED with spending 13.00 for absolutely NOTHING. What might be your response?
