I have this coupon that works once a week for every week for 1 free chicken sandwich any kind and when I went to this Wendy’s and they didn’t give me the chicken sandwich because it was spice. I have went to a bunch of different Wendy’s and they gave me all times of different kinds of chicken sandwich’s and they refused to give me the chicken sandwich for free. I gave order at speaker and they replied but I could not hear them because of a car out on the highway. Asked three times what they said and there was no response. I pulled around to the window and the guy there told me they did not get my order and I had to drive around the building and go to the speaker again instead of just taking the order at the window. No other people were at he location at the time. They were rude and unaccommodating! Special thanks to the rude and un-helpful manager “Q” although i doubt that was his real name. He is the type with the Manager power trip attitude. The restaurant is run down and ill kept. Order sign has no screen and the menu board has florescent bulbs showing instead of a menu. The best I can say is disgusting. Corporate needs to remodel the building and the sad excuse for a crew!!

I’d like to know what’s the sense in taking an order if the employees do not follow them. Of course I wasn’t given a receipt to prove what I ordered, but you had no problem taking my money. The restaurant outside was filthy. I can’t even imagine when it looked like inside and luckily I didn’t get any mayonnaise on my sandwich because I wouldn’t have had napkins to wipe my face with absolutely horrible. ending this on a good note my pop tasted good of course that comes from a fountain can’t really mess that up I guess.

Was told to “wait a sec” when I got to the drive thru. Waited 5 mins asked if I could order and was told “yeah just wait a minute”. 5 more minutes go by and I ask again if I can order and was rudely told that I would not be getting served tonight. I’m the only one in line, there’s no cars ahead of me. Just an employee who didn’t want to do their job. Went to Taco Bell nearby and was served instantly by nice people.

Jaynayna was very nice. Food was ok but I got the Classic Asiago club chicken sandwich, but it didn’t have bacon ,Asiago cheese and the bun wasn’t toasted. Maybe the staff should be trained on what goes on the sandwich .

This place is truly disgusting!!! Everything about it… Staff, food ,cleanliness, definitely 0/10. I wouldn’t recommend. This is the WORST Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. It’s off the TURNPIKE!!! AND RT 2. ITS AN EMBARRASSMENT!!! THEY NEED SHUT DOWN.

This is my local go-to Wendy’s. But this place is absolutely disgusting. Everytime I came here the food was disgusting. I came here and order cheesy fries. The fries was drenched in salt, it made it impossible to eat but when I ate my sandwich it gave me a massive stomach ache a little after I have eaten it. Speaking of fries everytime I ordered fries it would either be cold like a freezer or as hot as inside a oven. I never got a perfect meal without having something missing. I’m utterly surprised that it always have a big line. When I speak on the speaker aswell they would tell us to hold on everytime and doesn’t come back for like 3 minutes and sometimes for longer. Or when I speak into it they don’t say anything at all for a long time. When I went into the wendy’s I except the inside to be cozy. But the place was empty and outdated. The seats were broken and cracked and the tables had crumbs all over it. They’re were stains on the walls, floors, and even on the seats. I couldn’t even imagined what the bathroom looked like but my mother claimed it was disgusting and had to wiped the seat and put toilet paper on it. And the drinks don’t even taste like the original drink. When I order a sprite it had barely ice in it or have a lot of ice and barely any sprite and the sprite didn’t even taste like sprite. But everytime I ate here it gave me a headache so I hesitate when I order here for my family. This place is disgusting and outdated and those fries are 110% left out for hours. I bet mondo burger is better than this place.

Went here around 8:45pm to get a dinner cause my gf and I were running around all day and didn’t wanna cook, anyways food was alright cold oddly but food is food. As we drove thru the drive in to place our order it was quick only issue was I couldn’t finish saying one or two words without getting cut off but it is what it is, went to go pay asked for a receipt prior to paying just in case they don’t print it I always just give them the heads up, they told me they are unable to give me my receipt I asked why they said printer was down and I carried on, they handed me the bag of food and then got the window slammed in my face was told to have a good day! Passive aggressive a bit, parked in the parking lot looking for my card thought I lost it so I locked my card. The dine in times said open till 10pm both doors were locked drove back around asked for my card they said they tryed to run it but it declined, yes it’s because I thought I lost it so I locked it I explained they said “you’ll get away with it this time” brother you handed me my food before charging my card that’s a you problem anyways I kept pushing them to re-run my card since I unlocked it for them and they kept saying you’ll get away with it this time. Anyways got my card back and a free meal so can’t complain to much but big take away is next time charge the persons card before handing them there food and trying to blame them?

Spent over 15 mins waiting in line just for them to take my order, then when I got to the speaker they still had me waiting. This happens every single time here or they say they’re out of things! Corporate needs to do better here because the service is horrible every single time.
