I feel so bad when I go thru the drive thru bc it’s normally for 7 of us (8 a month ago!) They are still fast and accurate with getting me all of our food. When I go inside to pickup food they are always trying to keep up. Only once did I have a problem and that was bc someone came in after me to pickup another order and the employee was trying to go out of order (even on their screen) just to help out the other customer and a manager seen it and corrected her!! I’m glad bc it irritated me. The longer the restaurants take the less Door Dashing I can do in the time I have!!

been here several times wont ever go back! one kid had his head laying on the fry bin , another staff member was telling the Manager what she was going to do or she was going home and the best one was standing at the front counter badmouthing complaining customers saying it loud in front of many customers as if she was speaking to them directly. Best part is she was speaking to the Manager who was letting her do it and in agreement with her. Don’t ever order Chili from this location many times in a row I have ordered Chili here they have never had it – they are always out and someone just ordered 2 large family sizes and it takes a very long time to make the chili they will tell you . SAME exact excuse and reason every time – At least come up with a new excuse… This has to be the only Wendy’s that cant keep Chili in stock and the staff could not be worse. There is another Wendy’s just down the road and they never run out of product and even the guy cleaning speaks to you nice, Don’t go to this one unless you want a horrible experience!

Food was fine and made proper. But I don’t wanna wait 20+ minutes and watch some kid making nuggets say “watch this” and proceed to throw chicken nuggets in the air and catch them in his mouth while I’m waiting on him to make my order (trust me dog shes not impressed). Also almost nobody was wearing gloves. I won’t be coming back to this location thanks to the staff. The girl up front was very nice though, but the majority of kitchen staff were screwing around instead of doing what they’re paid to do.

Usually just fine but the manager today named Damon or Damion something like that had a real freakin attitude problem like a miserable a**hole. If I ever see him there I’m going somewhere else. Other than him most of the other staff seemed ok
