Every few months I stop by Wendy’s to order a double cheeseburger, the food at my local Wendy’s is consistent, I always ask for a fresh cooked Burger. Went through the drive-thru the young lady was very courteous. The burger was hot and fresh.

Ordered 3 burgers and fries. Even though the order specifics was on the receipt they got the order completely wrong. I ordered 2 baconator meals 1 plain (both were plain) and a double deluxe with bacon no onions because Im allergic to onion. I got a single no bacon and there were onions. How hard is it to make sandwiches? And yet some believe that fast food employees deserve 15 dollars an hour. I would agree if they could actually take orders and prepare simple orders correctly. Also for 3 sandwiches and 3 fries I paid over 30 dollars.

I went on 11/6 around 6:10pm ordered a 10 piece spicy nugget they only gave me 7 nuggets, A son of a baconator meal which was $10 and it was not up to par at all had 1 piece of bacon sloppy and smashed, also ordered a Jr. Cheeseburger with let Tom onion and mayo it was okay besides the lettuce being so wilted and nasty I took it off. I’ve never had this horrible of an experience at a Wendy’s ever and to top it all off they did not have any straws for the beverages. Very disappointed.

Its a very welcoming entrance and place to eat at. I do understand that it gets busy. The food from wendy’s has always been 1 of my favorites. They usually have good service, sometimes you get someone that is new but its ok for me because people have to learn somehow. My favorite server is Damien, he introduced himself as well as greeted me so politely, I thought I was at the wrong place. I didn’t know what I wanted when I walked in, and he offered me time to let me think which was very nice of him. I know its someone’s job to be nice but sometimes you don’t get as nice as him. I told him my order and he didn’t have a problem putting it in the system and it was a decent sized order too. He also had it served in no time at all. Later he came out and asked how the food was. I also shook his hand and we talked for a short minute. Before I walked out the door he said “have a great day!”

Was pleasantly surprised about the over the top staff. The Friday night crew on 4/7/23 were fast, hardworking, had the place very clean, and were very very well mannered. It was nice to see employees of a fast food place take pride in their work, workplace, and products produced. Customer service was outstanding, meal was perfectly prepared.

Worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been too.. All of our food was stone cold. My drink had so much ice in it a straw couldn’t even fit in the cup. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY AT THIS WENDY’S!!!

Very rarely do you get an order right, and most of the time the food is ice cold. Ordered a burger combo with extra onions. All that was on it was cheese and onions. No ketchup, no pickle, nothing else. And it was cold. So we’re the fries. When you add extra onion, it means on top of what normally comes on the burger, just add extra onions. Wendys used to be the go to fast food, now they’re the square burger McDonald’s. The only thing they roast is people and other restaurants on Twitter, certainly not their food. Let me tell you, without the other stuff, their burgers taste horrible, especially cold.

Wanted to sit down to eat but the lobby was closed. Decided to hit the drive through. Was promptly told “there may be a long wait. Machines are breaking down” in reality it wasn’t that long and the food was good. Just an interesting experience
