I love Wendy’s, but this establishment lacks quality. Yeah you can get food out in a timely manner, but what’s the point if it’s cold and unappetizing. They cut corners where corners should not be cut. I shouldn’t be getting a cold bun with the tomatoes the same thickness as the meat. My husband’s burger had three lettuce pieces when asked to add lettuce as well. Always disappointed one way or another when visiting this location.

Ordered online and they always in some way mess up the order every time. Order a Dave’s cherry soda you’re gonna get orange. You order a large you’re gonna get small. I’d rather go to McDonald’s at least they will give you the right stuff.

I am not sure what’s going on with the Barnesville location but the quality of food is awful on a regular basis. I live only 3 minutes from the Barnesville Wendy’s. My husband ordered our meals through the drive thru and came directly home. I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich meal. The chicken was so dry I could not eat it and flat as a pancake! It consisted of mostly breading. The fries were not fresh at all. It seems this meal had sat for hours drying out. Also, we frequent this location often, sometimes twice a week and 50% of the time our orders are missing something. Please do better for the community that supports you! We have continued to frequent this location because it is convenient and we love Wendy’s when it’s fresh! I will say that the staff is usually quite nice, just needs to prepare and serve fresh food. The food itself was what youd expect from a Wendy’s restaurant. However what got me to give a 5 star was the service. Everyone there had a smile on their face and were very pleasant. The food was ready even before I could fill up my cup. My order was correctly prepared and exactly what I had asked for. Very good experience.

Went here May 26th, 9pm. Took 15 minutes. We got lettuce wrapped baconators and both were complety wrong. Missing and randomly added condiments on both. The condiments that were added were on top of the lettuce ‘bun’. We paid for extra cheese which was not added. Ordered 2 diet root beers and got one diet and one regular (easy to compare and tell they were totally different after suspecting mine was regular) Terrible experience. They got the nuggets right….

Very clean store! Friendly associates and management! My food was amazing! I dropped my fry, and they replaced them with hot fresh ones! Then when I was leaving, talked to one of the managers about the awesome soda machine thats in this store!! If I lived closer this would be my main store! A+++
