I canceled my order and went to the Underwood location because people want to scream at to you like you’re their child. I asked basic questions, kindly, and patiently. I was rushed through the entire process, and the woman was extremely rude! Terrible thing too because it seemed as if she was the manager on duty tonight (1/15/26).

Everytime we are in Zanesville if anyone is hungry for quick good fast food we know that the Maple Ave Wendy’s is the place to go, it’s clean, the food is always fresh and the workers are friendly. It’s 8pm and we just went and everyone’s food was fresh and great!

Just went and got food was missing 2-3 items. Called told them what I was missing. The manager then gets very rude after I was answering her questions and she hung up the phone on me. Then when I walked in the door to get my order corrected she’s in there talking shit about me. they then ask what I need and I state what your talking shit about. This manager is very disrespectful and should not be in this position. You guys made a mistake and was mad that a customer wanted it fixed. Not once did she say sorry for mistakes or anything. I did not get a name but it should be very easy to track. 9-16-25 @7:20pm

5 Stars – Best Wendy’s Location I’ve Ever Been To!
I stopped at this Wendy’s today and noticed their speaker and headset were down, and they were clearly very busy. Despite that, they still handled everything with kindness, speed, and professionalism. I’ve been coming to this location for about a year and I have NEVER had a bad experience.
Their customer service is always amazing. The staff is friendly, the food is always hot, and they never forget my sauce (a small detail that means a lot). I live and work nearby, and this is the only fast food spot I consistently trust because they truly care about getting things right.
Thank you all for being so efficient and kind. With my busy schedule, I don’t always have time to pack lunch, and it’s a relief knowing I can count on you for a fast, perfect meal every time. You all are seriously appreciated!

I just made a carry order through the app. Scheduled a pick up time. I get there your app said my food had already been picked up. I asked the kid at the counter. He asked his manager. She starts yelling about having to call doordash. Im like umm this wasnt a door dash order. The kid says oh and grabs a open bag that had been sitting behind the counter the whole time and a melted frosty. So my food was cold and my frosty was hot.
I haven’t eaten at a Wendy’s since 2017. And honestly I won’t be going again in the next lifetime.

Ordered a sandwich for my fiance asked for no meat and they put a hamburger patty on it she went back in to get a new one and they gave her a bun with a single slice of cheese instead of the sandwich we ordered and the girl who made the sandwich had a bad attitude to boot and got the sandwich wrong twice 1 star don’t recommend

Went through the drive thru, ordered a Dave’s single with no onions, no cheese, add mustard and extra pickles. Got the food and the bag didn’t have my sandwich. Went inside to get my sandwich and it was drenched in mayo and with a cold wet bun. Went through the drive thru again to address this and they made me a new sandwich but added cheese and little pickles. Told them while I was sitting there that it was wrong yet again made me another sandwich and I left and they forgot my mustard.

They stopped serving breakfast at 10:30 am and we had gotten their at 10:25 am. I don’t know what all they have to do to switch over but that was disappointing. And the prices were through the roof so we went to a restaurant.

You’re workers are very disrespectful I drive almost 30 minutes away, there’s no need to charge 3 dollars for a Wendy’s ice cream tag for you guys to get all disrespectful I have not had ONE time I’ve showed up here and not been gave attitude. You all need attitude adjustments I work in fast food myself and get just as busy but NEVER again will I come back to this Wendy’s I will drive an extra 20 minutes to go to south Zanesville! Do better
