Went inside to eat, had 5 people in front of me. They had 5 people working but only 1 taking orders at the counter. She would wait for food to be cooked then call the # and start again with taking the next order. She wouldn’t take more than 1 order and none of the other people would help. I was in line for about 15 mins. Food was good and the place was clean. Parking was easy but I probably wont be back.

I’m not sure what the deal is with this particular Wendy’s but they have forgot things from my orders on more than one occasion. They definitely need someone double checking the orders before they go out the drive thru window.

Had a younger girl working the front.
She is young and inexperienced so I forgive her… To a point.
She talked to us as tho the Wendy’s was busy .
Felt rushed!
The way she bagged out food left most of in on the counter cooling down while waiting on tenders. When we get to the car. The fries were trash. The wife went in to get the issue corrected. The girl at the front gave my wife attitude and then made us wait until the rest of the drive orders were done before fixing the fries. Mind you, while we order, another dude came in because they had forgotten his fries…. He had new fries before we finished our order! Yet, to fix our problem, you make us wait 15 minutes?!….
This young girl has the potential to improve but at this moment, pretty disappointed…

Long line in drive thru, so i went inside only 2 people ahead of me, one was complaining her online order was not ready the other stood there for 10 minutes with a child waiting to give her order. Young female employee was throwing food into backs, slamming cups drawers not speaking or responding to her coworkers or patrons, just giving dirty looks rolling her eyes and acting like she hated her job and everyone around her….after my observation I decided to go to the hamburger joint next door.

This Wendy’s has a drive through that doesn’t even have a real human talk to you. At least not at first. And the person that took my order was rude as hell. Avoid this Wendy’s.

When I pulled up to the drive thru my order was taken by a computer bot or whatever they call them. I don’t do bots. The food was average, you know, same as always. The girl taking my $ and handing my food out the window was neither friendly nor rude. I won’t stop there again. I would rather have less than great service from a human, than any service by a computer.

This location has gotten rapidly and steadily worse and today was the final time we’ll be going here. Using the app here is a complete waste because no one knows how to use it. Ryan was the server tonight and had to stop after every single solitary counter order. Don’t know how to use the app. Didn’t know how to void another customer’s order. Missed another 2-guest party’s chili. Missed another customer’s behind the counter condiments… Couldn’t find the new limited time menu item option. Better training or keep him away from the counter is sound advice. I finally walked away when I was told “oh I don’t know how to void her order (from the customer in front of me) and she walked out without paying”
Pay attention, love. Fairly certain he was actively avoiding the register and dawdling with something akin to getting orders ready. Was also actively avoiding eye contact. Own up to the mistakes instead of ignoring them. I know I wasn’t the only one and when we left, the line was at a perpetual 3-4 deep.

I stopped here with my singing group on the way to Pennsylvania this afternoon. The food was great and it was relatively fast. the restrooms were definitely not the most clean, but that’s typical. We had great food and great conversation. Overall pretty typical Wendy’s.
