I don’t even know where to start.. first off the workers talking about a weed pen was off-putting. The fact they were out of frostys was disappointing and chicken nuggets. The restaurant was extremely dirty and the floor was so sticky my shoes got stuck to the floor mats in the car. The Ketchup despenser had chucks coming out of it. I really hope the owner sees this and takes extreme measures. A total scrub down and repairs are needed. I’m not trying to be harsh, but this was bad. The burgers were poorly thrown together and very dry. The fries were fresh and decent. The worker forgot our drinks, so I went back up to get those. I will make sure never to visit this restaurant again unless major changes happen. The bathrooms need to be cleaned, and the kitchen is very dirty. I love Wendy’s, but this restaurant does not live up to normal standards. If you’re thinking of visiting this restaurant, I would consider trying a different place until a deep and thorough clean has been done. And maybe next time, don’t let the employees leave their Tim Hortons bags of food and drinks on the service counter.

I went to the drive through, I was the 3rd car in line. After waiting in line for 10 minutes and the line not advancing, the second car in line left without ordering .I waited another 3-4 minutes for my opportunity to order. I placed my order and then advanced to the pay window. After I paid they told me I had to pull over and waith yet again. I then told them to just cancel my order. The attendant said, “you canceling just because it be chicken”. When I told the clerk why I was canceling (because I waited long enough) he then got belligerent with me. I then tod the clerk, you know this is not the only restaurant in town to which he said so go to another restaurant… I then reiterated that I wanted my refund. He said … you have to wait until Monday.
I will never return to windys ever again … they are slow, rude, unprofessional and they serve chili meat instead of hot a juicy it’s hot and dried out …
I will take my business to McDonald’s.

For weeks the speaker in the drive thru wasn’t working and they only had one window open so the were pretty much running order for order and didn’t care how long people waited. If they had the first window open to pre check mobile orders and take reg orders they could have been better. My food was over cooked and cold.

Aviana in the drive through was so sweet, and really knows how to take care of the customers. When our order wasnt right she was quick to fix it with no issues, and was so nice about it.

I don’t even know where to begin. A lady, white, blonde hair, blue eyes ( working by drive thru- second window. Absolutely horrible. She had a horrible attitude and TOLD my mom she wasn’t missing anything when she was. She wasn’t trying to give us the small fry. She had a big attitude and shut the window on us. RUDE and NASTY. Please fire her because the disrespect was actually so bad. 2/21/26

We went to pick up our mobile order, two biggie bags and two lemonades. Got the order, and quickly realized there was a slit in the side of my lemonade, filling the cup holder with lemonade. Honest mistake things happen. Not only was there a slit though, there was also a bright red hair in my lemonade. We took it back in, waited a good 5 minutes for an acknowledgment. I told her what happened, she handed me a new lemonade and asked “was that all”? No apology for the inconvenience. There was obviously one employee with bright red hair and no hairnet. Their hair wasn’t even all pulled back into a pony tail. I really hope that health code issue is addressed here. We will not be returning with our service until there is compliance with health code. I’m aware that things happen, but I feel like that wasn’t handled with the best of their customer service.

3/14/24. 1209 p.m. just left the drive-thru , pull up didn’t wait too long someone says Go ahead I order they say the price pulled up to the window not one word said just seemed extremely rude. Can’t rate the food because I haven’t had it yet but I won’t be going back to that location .. just didn’t like how I was treated didn’t feel welcome.
Each nugget was about half the size of my thumb

Ewwwwww! Miracle Mile (Laskey Rd) will get you sick!!!!!

12/30/25 (2:15pm-ish): Rotting egg smell, you can smell when you entered. Restroom stalls were not usable, which should have been posted beyond the actual stall. Health Dept attempted to be contacted, but was not open for complaints. With restrooms/plumbing in this bad of shape, should they even be open??????

12/31/25 (7:30 pm-ish) Hair not fully covered/hairnet improperly worn (bottom of braids not pinned back either), white female manager (long dk hair ponytailed) with red shirt picks up something on floor, does not remover her gloves… nor does she wash her hands before going behind the grill. Health Dept will be notified. Then, she grabs her smart phone, which is a no-no Health code-wise in Ohio. Another Wendy’s was shocked, as my +1 and myself reported this to them. Come to find out, reporting phone number for the district manager IS SUPPOSED TO BE DISPLAYED IN ALL LOCATIONS. It was not.

Eat here if heppy yellow skin is your color. This place is going to be a vector for illnesses like Hepatitis, if it is not now.

Gross! Just as bad as McDonald’s next door!!

Remember, this is all on camera! So, the Health Dept. Will see my claim!… Unless the recording gets deleted/destroyed.

Place needs closed down by the county!!!

I’m without words at the actions of the employee at this establishment. I went to dine in, and went to use the restroom beforehand. Noticing there was absolutely no toilet paper, I asked the 6 or so employees sitting at a table in the middle of the dining room if they had any, and informed them that they were out. I was advised by a tall individual that he had forgot to order more and needed to and that they were out.
I waited for a moment thinking he was joking, that the employees nor public had any available toilet paper for use. He repeated himself at which point I went to leave in disbelief, mentioning that I would add it to my review of this Wendy’s; as for I frequent many and love a chance to leave feedback to improve these places I purchase from. The employee then followed me out, and threatened me that he could do the same to me and write a bad review for the company vehicle I was stepping into in retaliation. Im disgusted with this display of unprofessionalism and childish aggressive behavior in retaliation.

It was a mobile order. As soon as I told the person this they had a bit of attitude it seemed. As soon as I drove up to the window to pay they sat down with their back to me and didn’t even acknowledge I was there. As soon as I pulled up to the second window I proceeded to see that person touch the frosty at the top of it with their bare hands. They tried to hand it to me and I refused to take it there’s no way no matter what was going on with my frosty they should be touching it without gloves on. Everyone in that building looked upset about something and I hope they figured that out. This is the Wendy’s on laskey road in Toledo OH.
