it’s Wendy’s, so it has all the ambiance of a fast food place, but the service is top notch. I’m in town for a couple months and the employees have recognized me and seem to take extra care of me. They are very nice people and fast. Food is made to order.

Went through drive thru for a quick lunch. I know the $5 biggie bag is just a cheap kinda meal. But damn!! It was terrible!! Not sure what the yellowish stuff was. But cheese it wasn’t! Quarter size, overcooked nuggets. Yuck! At least the salted caramel frosty was decent. Will be awhile before I try this again!!

The line was backed up into the road because one car was holding the line up. When I finally got my online order, I was dumb enough to trust them, and I noticed a sandwich was missing when I got all the way home. They were also too dumb to give straws and spoons. This is not the first time they have forgotten a food item at this location. I am questioning whether or not they can read.

Food was hot, but had to wait. Was charged tax on a carry out order. Cashier struggled to make change after she did not input the correct amount I gave her. Overall, not impressed.

I used to like stopping at this Wendy’s because my burger was always hot and fresh. The last two times I’ve been there including today my burger was less than lukewarm warm. Today I couldn’t eat it because it was cold and I was afraid of getting sick. The people are always friendly but there’s definitely something lacking in the quality of the food.

Employee didn’t know about any of the Baked potatoes. They weren’t even on the menu board. She had to price them all on the register. No so wonderful. Place is clean and fast.

Stopped after a long day of taking care of a very sick family member at Flower hospital. Ordered 2 large chilis and 1 small. All were served 1/2 full. I was told that they were out of chilli and couldn’t fill them properly. I poured the small into the 2 half full large Chilis and very politely asked for a refund on the small. Erica, the manager refused the refund. Refused to fill the chilli up properly and refused to substitute a different item. All while complaining and giving me a TERRIBLE attitude. I honestly thought at some point that she may climb over the counter and hit me. She is aggressive, dangerous and shouldn’t have anything to do with management or customer service. Wendy’s on Monroe street, I know the job market is tough, however, she does not represent Dave Thomas’s ideas of old fashion values. Never again will I step into this establishment.

The burgers we had definitely hadn’t just been taken off the flat top. They were lukewarm. I had to ask for fresh fries because the original fries on my tray were old and hard. They were quick to replace them and the
customer service was wonderful. My husband said the chili was good and hot. There were workers that weren’t working sitting in the dining room talking loudly about things making the atmosphere a little odd.
