Disgusting. We we t through the drive-thru on Sunday 11/23/25 at around 12:15 pm. I ordered a Biggie Bg with a Jr. bacon cheesebuger and a chocolate frosty. The bacon was uncooked and all of my food was cold. My husband’s food was cold, too. And what happened to the texture and flavor of the frosty??? I haven’t eaten at Wendy’s for a decade. I didn’t really want to eat there but my husband wanted something quick. Now, I remember why I stopped going there. We didn’t have time to turn around to complain. Thank goodness I didn’t spend more than $5.

I’ve lived in Swanton for more than 15 years and in the past 5 years this has been by far the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever experienced.
Every so often I will give it another go and pray that something’s changed, and today was that day.
Food was refrigerator cold, the bacon was RAW and slimy, Fries were stale and cold (imagine eating yesterdays fries straight from the fridge ) waited forever for food, cheese on burgers was hard, hamburger and chicken was not palatable. I tried to force it down because I was STARVING and I just couldn’t do it.
Definitely won’t make the mistake of stopping here again anytime in the next year or two

I’m not sure about day shift, but night shift has been doing good. I order a biggie bag at 8:00 pm, host is Jason, apologized profusely for a 5 minute wait. No worries i dont want stale food.

picture-esk chicken BLT masterpiece with hot nuggets and fries. Absolutely made my night after a long day. Expect a small wait at night as they can’t have your food prepared like day shift rush can obviously but these guys know what they’re doing.

Pulled in through the drive thru and got greeted with the song “The bird is the word” in the background which was pretty funny which is why i added the extra star to my rating. The fries were crisp but a little too salty but not by much. The burger however was pretty horrendous. This burger was probably the coldest burger i’ve ever received at any fast food place. It was like they cooked it, stuck it in the fridge then gave it to me. Come on wendy’s, burgers are meant to be hot.

Why is it every time a fast food restaurant runs a promotion it seems like the employees intentionally mess it up. I came here because it was a good deal which means the promotion worked so why mess it up when you’re trying to get new customers to come?

This is my favorite location for the past 30 yrs. Only go here. Tried tonight. Car in front of me waited 5 mins. Then I pulled around. Sat for 3 mins, no answer. I’ve gone in recently and it takes forever. 4 times ordering, they forget the bacon on the big bacon classic. Food is always good, minus the bacon. Was so bummed tonight. Hit McDonald’s across the way. Really wanted Wendy’s after a long day of work. I understand short staffing, have to deal with that at my job too. Hopefully next time might be better ♀️

If I could rate a 0 I would. I sat at the speaker for atleast 10 minutes . I had to say hello to begin with before someone came to the speaker. He was rude & snatched my card.

This location is a bit of a gem. All of the people working at super friendly, it’s always clean, and food is fast and fresh. The guy with bleach blonde short hair is the sweetest and always says hi to me and my husband when we stop in.

My wife and I stopped by and tried the new chicken tenders. The tenders did not disappoint especially when dipped in barbecue sauce.
