I can see why fast food chains are closing restaurants. This store seemed very clean, and the employees were friendly. That’s the good part. The burger was terrible, but for no single specific reason. There was just nothing good about it. The fries were ok when piping hot, but only mediocre as they cooled. I got a cup of what was claimed to be brewed unsweetened iced tea from the multi-beverage machine. It was poor in a way that leads me to question the “brewing”. On top of this, the food wasn’t particularly inexpensive.
Basically, this trip was enough to cause me to strike Wendy’s from my list of acceptable road food.

Fryer oil needs changed. Been here 3 times in last month, all fried food taste like the oil is burnt. Employees dont act too concerned so this is the route I ended up taking. Now hopefully you change your oil

Took 40 minutes to get our food in a 90 degree lobby. Order still not correct. Burnt tiny burger, frosty’s overflowing everywhere. Horrible service and horrible atmosphere.

Food is usually solid here. Crew is polite and friendly. Atmosphere is like…a Wendy’s. Nothing special. Tables, chairs, places to sit and eat. Though right now they’re remodeling. So who knows if they’ll have chairs and tables when the remodel is finished.

Weather was crappy. They were busy, but that’s no excuse for them messing up an order. Biggie bag with coke and a coupon for the nuggs combo for $5. Was charged $5.97 and only received the nuggs. They handed me my food and said thank you, I had to ask for my drinks, which I was charged for. It will be awhile before I go back!!
