Spend 40 on 3 meals, mu spicy chicken sandwich was as thin as the wrapper the bottom bun was 5x thicker than the actual chicken on top of the the sandwich was clearly old the meat was dry, order a frosty never received was charge but never got it do better

The food is great and most of the time I have a wonderful experience, only issues ive ever had are very miniscule. Like missing sauce, wait times, etc. But not really their fault, people get busy ofc.

I used to like Wendy’s till I went here. The past several times they forgot my sauce but this time was unbearable. Not only did they forget my fries, a part of the Biggie Bag I Ordered, they also forgot my water which was also included. The biggest I had were cold and they didn’t even give me barbecue the barbecue sor my nuggets.

Oh the saga continues!!! Tonight my dad went to order food for our family and they only gave me one patty on my double. However, I will say the young man with dreads who was sweeping and helped me get a new sandwich was probably the nicest employee I’ve seen there. Helped me right away. He didn’t know what was on a bacon double stack, so he check the ingredients, saw it was wrong, and brought me Dave’s double with bacon(an even bigger burger)

My wife went to get wendys after work and the service sucked with blaring music and everyone acting like there high. They were out of alot of things. The thing is there always out things all the time. The food was good but the service was pathetic.

Been eating at this Wendy’s for many years. It’s had its ups and downs but I’ve never seen anything this bad as far as the food. This is on Wendys as a company (not blaming the employees here) to charge what they do for a paper thin, chewy chicken sandwich. Do Better Wendy’s!

I want here after my mma practice and order just 2 meals. I ended up waiting around 2 minutes at the window so they tell me to pull up tot he door but there was no one behind me in line. I then waited another 10 minutes for my food keep in mind no one was there but me and then I finally get my food and it turns out the “4 piece chicken tenders” I ordered turned into a three piece.

NEEDS AN UPDATED REVIEW! We used the app for the first time. I did three biggie bags, all different, a jr deluxe, and large fries.

I told them when I got to the drive thru we did the app & for the biggie bags I wanted them all separate (last time we ordered 5 biggie bags and they threw them all together. I was told you HAVE TO REQUEST the separate bags or we won’t do it.) Found that to be odd since I ordered FIVE completely different bags.

So this time, I made sure they knew. They did not like it this time. They had to unbag and rebag. On top of that they forgot a 4 piece nugget, trashed my kids sandwiches on top of my own. They miscounted 10 pieces of spicy nuggets, with a regular nugget added, I got 8.. because that seems to be over complicated.

When I confronted the manager I asked for her name she acted like she didn’t hear me, rudly said WHAT.. Then told me that I was holding up her line & that I needed to move. All the while I was still trying to correct my order, that I had already paid for. I asked her name again and got “KEIRSTEN, now move you’ve been here for four minutes and are wasting my time, we have a 78% turn rate!” I laughed and said she must be very unfortunate.

I can clearly say I’ll be deleting the app & Wendy’s will never get my service. I will gladly drive to a southern state and get hospitality instead of bitter rudeness from a lady who hates her life. All of that was totally unprofessional!! Disgusting.

I think this place went to hell in a hand basket after the fire.

Today I went through the drive thru and had a great experience! It was around 12:40…busy for lunch crowd. The person taking my order asked if I could hold a moment, said please, thank you, and apologized. No problem, I said! The rest of the interaction went smooth and when I got to the window Ezekiel took my money, was pleasant, and gave me coupons! My food was hot and perfect! Just wanted to give credit where it’s due….thank you!!!!!

Went to Wendy’s around 3:15pm an 4/5/2024. Got the best food and fountain drink I’ve had in a long time! The service was amazing and timely. All together an awesome team.
