Wow. This is the FASTEST service we’ve ever received. Ordered and it was done almost asap!
They got everything right.
Place was clean and bright. They weren’t rude at all. But in Ohio I’d say the least friendliest. Again, they weren’t rude or bad. It’s just that you get used to the friendly attitude from places.
Would have no issues going again.

Our Wendy’s is a good one! They rarely make mistakes. Anyways what we have here is their fish sandwich. It was worth the wait my food was fresh and delicious Yesterday my wife brought me home a Dave’s double and a sour cream and chives baked potato last night I had the chili cheese baked potato and a Dave’s single. It was fantastic!

6:27pm Wednesday. We were the only one dining inside. The drive up window had 1 car.
The place was a mess. Dirty tables, sauce on the floor (slipping hazard), covid mask on chair, 2 unfinished drinks on table. Condiment area was gross ( see photos). No ice in coke machine. Ketchup dispenser empty. All this with 6 workers behind the counter with no regard to how loud they were. It was party time for them since there were no customers!
Service: friendly greeting, order was taken quickly, was told the food would be brought out to us. The manager shouted across the room… Did you order this food? (we were the only 2 people there) He said he wasn’t sure. ♀️and that he was sorry.
Food: for the most part was cold to room temp.
This is what America has become. No more franchises for me! Such a disappointment!

Just went thru the drive thru 11/1/25 at 5:40 pm. Wanted to try the new chicken tenders. Paid for chicken tenders but only got a 4 piece nugget. So freaking disappointing to pay over $12 for 4 nuggets. They always remind me why I don’t frequent their establishment.

Excellent customer services and those kids were family friendly & courteous.
They kept the place well organized and clean.
Even though I don’t do fast food n all, there were nothing I could around except here
I’ve had ordered a Dave’s Double meal with a small Vanilla frosty and fries, the Apple Pecans Grilled chicken Salad, them things hit the spot for me & every came out to be a lil bit over 24$.
I was told yhe dinning area is open until 22:00 o’clock, plz take care of them; they did a fantastic job.

It’s a Wendy’s. If they could improve the french fries formula they cold reach a 5 rating. Too often, the fries are Luke warm and limp. I thought today might be a good fry day since they were busy and cooking more of them, but it was pretty much the same as any other fry day.
The spicy chicken sandwich , though, was excellent as usual! Just know what to expect at Wendy’s and it will be fine.
