It wasn’t busy here. My food was served quickly and it was as expected. I must note that a young man was cleaning around the dining area when I walked in and returned to continue his cleaning after my meal was served. It was great to see an ambitious young man take pride in his work. I eventually found out that he was the manager, Kaleb. Great job!

Whenever traveling this way my family made it a point to stop for lunch at this particular location because the food was always hot and fresh. Well today we stopped and we are extremely disappointed in the quality of the food. Everything was cold even after requesting fresh hot fries. The food quality has definitely decreased tremendously!

I had such a wonderful experience at this Wendy’s! From the moment I walked in, the restaurant was clean, welcoming, and well-run. What really stood out, though, was the incredible customer service I received from Tanner. He went above and beyond to make sure my order was perfect, greeted me with a genuine smile, and treated me like a valued guest. It’s rare these days to find someone who takes that much pride in their work, but Tanner truly did.
The food was fresh, hot, and exactly what I wanted, but Tanner’s kindness and professionalism made the visit exceptional. I left feeling appreciated and impressed. If you’re stopping by this Wendy’s, I highly recommend it—you might just be lucky enough to be helped by Tanner!

When I got to the window I wanted to scan for rewards. I have not used the app in a while so it needed to update which took less than 30 seconds. While this was happening, Kevin the drive thru attendant told me to drive around the drive thru and go come back to the window again. His whole demeanor, facial expression and body language was rude so my initial reaction was to tell him that I would not be doing that. He responds with telling me that he can just refuse service then closing the window in my face. When another gentleman comes to the window to finish the transaction, he tells me that he is the manager so I try telling him about how rude his employee was being, he sides with his employee telling me that it’s courtesy to go around while downloading the app (which I wasn’t doing) and says nothing else. Both employees made me uncomfortable as well as the employees behind the manager that were gossiping with Kevin and looking over at me while doing so. The whole staff was unprofessional. My order was the chicken tender combo, 10 piece nugget and a water. I was given a large fry and a 10 piece nugget and no receipt. When I went back around to get my order corrected they informed me I was charged for a 4 piece combo and that they were charging me something else? Not even sure what they were explaining or charging they just made it sound like a deal but when I looked at my account I was charged $9.70 the first time and $11.74 the second time totaling $22.44 when my original order was only $16 and some change when I saw it on the screen before ordering. So I was actually overcharged. I then asked for the receipt and the lovely Kevin passive aggressively hands me my receipt and not so pleasantly informs me that his name is at the top of the receipt and to “have a great day” with the most annoyed look on his face. Me and my kids eat Wendy’s often, mostly ordering on DoorDash and I’m honestly appalled that we spend so much on a business with employees that treat their customers this way. I don’t even know how to get refunded for what I was overcharged because the managers don’t even hold themselves to a customer first standard. We used to go this Wendy’s primarily and stopped due to the drive thru being slow but decided to give them a go again. The previous staff we remembered were a lot more pleasant and I’d honestly take that over this experience any day.

They upgraded our meals without asking or telling us and then did not give a receipt. I specifically ordered a medium burger meal and received a large double burger meal. They did this for 3 meals. In this economy, that is not ok. Also, it looked like someone had a fight with the soda machine and lost. Everything was sticky.

I was here on 01/11/2022 around 6pm and I was served a raw undercooked chicken sandwich and fries that were as hard as a brick. I have never experienced anything like this before. Absolutely disgusting!! I had taken a bite of the sandwich Before I realized the chicken was raw. I am now feeling sick and nauseous.
The customer service is horrible. They could care less about good customer service or serving quality food . I will never eat this location again and I will not recommend to family or friends I would advise everyone to stay far away from this Wendy’s location

At 11pm night – The drive-thru worker (blonde, long hair, glasses) was unbelievably rude and disrespectful. It’s pathetic that Wendy’s would allow someone like this to represent their brand.
