The Human associates on the 8:30pm shift have always been GREAT! Very detail oriented. Food is always hot and freshly made. THE Ai digital assistant in the drive thru SUCKS! We are in the future, it’s now. But the Ai assistant does not speed up the process/drive thru line. It cannot figure out “a number 1 with bacon”- you will get into a verbal altercation with the Ai assistant and probably catch a case as it keeps interrupting you not allowing you to finish your order. This is not a comolicTed order either, I come here every two weeks around 8:30pm.
Thankfully the staff inside will double check and correct the order (if you ask them to).
Food is great. Mainly just wanted to give feedback that the ai assistant can ruin someone’s day if you’re already on the brink of an emotional meltdown, don’t come this Wendy’s because ol’ drive thru Ai will push you over the edge

I came through the drive thru and the man working the window was not only extremely rude but he smelled like he rolled around in dog poo that had been sitting in the sun!! Then as if that’s not bad enough he sneezed on my bag of food! Didn’t cover his mouth or anything. When I asked him to remake my food he got an attitude and refused so I asked for my money back and he refused saying that they had already made all the food. I asked for a manager and HE SAID HE WAS THE MANAGER !!! DO NOT COME HERE THEY DONT MAKE THEIR WORKERS SHOWER OR EVEN COVER THEIR NOSES WHEN THEY SNEEZE ON YOUR FOOD !!!! Never coming here again

I normally enjoy coming to this particular Wendys..good service right in and out..I order an order of the new chicken strips wich are usually good but when I ordered the cashier didn’t ask me what dipping sauce I would like ..I told the cashier what sauce I would like ..but I got my order to go and when I get I’m my bag of course…no sauce..I guess partially my fault for not checking my order before I leave but come on peoples..it wasn’t even busy when I was there..if I would have wanted to eat dry chicken I would have went to the other chicken place..

But when I go to one I want what I ordered. Order from the breakfast menu a number 2. o side. I got a biscuit and gravy first off. A number 2 is a sandwich with sausage. They gave me bacon.

I asked for a cheeseburger with no bacon got one with bacon instead. Went back to the store to ask for the sandwich again handed them the one they screwed up and they handed it right back to me after removing say bacon. Cheap unprofessional and no accommodation for people of other faiths. All this because they were being cheap I asked at drive through and inside.

They need to tow the trucks out that park for days/overnight. They shouldn’t allow sleeper cab trucks to park here at all. They just leave a mess everywhere that someone had to clean up.
