I came here on Sunday, April 16 around 1:00 PM and the customer service was absolutely horrible. When I pulled up to the window every single employee in there was joking around throwing cups at each other and not really paying attention they were throwing cups at each other & someone who looked like she had a manager shirt on, was putting a food bucket on top of her head and joking around mind you they left the window completely open so I could hear everything and they continued to just blatantly play around as I’m sitting there waiting for a long time for my food… I honestly wanted to pull off because if you’re putting a food bucket on top of your head, what else are you doing around peoples food? & she looked straight at me and still continued to keep the food bucket on top of her head like what do you guys have going on in that place? My food was horrendous couldn’t even eat it. My order was wrong. My fries were so old and burnt I couldn’t even eat them I mean this is absolutely ridiculous. Maybe focus on your customers more than playing around with each other or get a whole new staff.

Placed to go order from inside restaurant. After receiving the order for two, had to return to counter twice to receive all the food I paid for. The employees are never upbeat and never appear to want to extend any effort to take your order. To me, it always seems to be a I DON’T CARE atmosphere. I only shop there because it’s in my Clintonville neighborhood. Seems I never receive my order as I placed it.

So with all the signs and commercials I’ve seen about their 2 for $6 special, my husband and I decided to stop in for lunch. I order 2 items on this special and Yazmin the young lady taking the order tells me my total and says $10 plus. I ask I thought there was a special? She explains since not everyone knows about or will remember their special if the customer doesn’t mention before ordering they’re not to give you the special but charge you regular price. I ask isn’t that false advertising? She said no that’s what we’re told. So moral of this comment pay attention to your total if you still wish to spend your hard earned money with them they will charge you full price even if item on sale if you don’t notice…smh company policy per Yazmin.

Great food but unfortunately the Henderson Rd location is getting worse and worse in handling mobile orders. I would suggest not going through the drive thru to pick up a mobile order and go inside to the store to pick it up instead. This will give them time to cognitively process the order and not hold up the drive thru line. I’ve also had similar problems at Bethel Rd locations in 2023.

6/3/23: Delicious Dave’s single with cheese but getting so expensive. $5.29 just for the burger. That’s why I only go when I have coupons, specifically BOGO coupons. Ridiculous how fast, processed foods are getting so expensive.
