placed my mobile order at 7:06. got there at about 7:10, doors were locked (per usual) even though they open at 6. every single one of these staff members made eye contact with me as i sat at the window in 10 degree weather and not a single one helped me. i left at 7:35. 25 minutes of sitting in the cold and not a single employee even tried to help. all i needed to do was pick up a carry out order. you will never get my business again and the fact that this is the worst wendys i have ever been to despite opening a couple months ago is embarrassing.

I have been through the drive-thru four or five times and every single time my order was perfect. Did not have to wait long. The people in the Drive-Thru were so friendly and I even let them know that their service was great. I hate that these other people did not get the same experience. Better step up your game to redeem yourself because Chick-fil-A is coming across the street

The food was cold when I got it, too the point the cheese was barely melted.
I ordered a large combo, but got a medium fries.
They put lettuce, pickles, onions, and tomatoes on my baconator which doesn’t come with any of those things. (See picture)
Didn’t give me any sauce for the nuggets I ordered even though I specified exactly which sauce and how many I wanted.
Lady at the drive thru window looked like she couldn’t care less about my existence.
It’s worth it to go the extra couple miles to the next location on the other side of 270.

I ordered two meals through the app only to be told that they didn’t have either of my meals once I arrived at store. I don’t understand why the app lets you order something out of stock, the store told me they were cancelling the order which obviously wasn’t true since the charge went all the way through on the card. Called and spoke to the manager just now who has zero customer service skills. Never was offered a refund, for the order I never recieved. Zero out of ten experience I see why this location has the reviews it has.

The product ISN’T BAD it’s the packaging when its being delivered. It’s not covered or sealed its open when its delivered and the person delivering the product could spill it,sneeze in it,cough in it,spit in it or whatever. The picture is the delivery persons hand. I THREW IT AWAY

First time trying this location and it will be the last also. They had me pull up with no cars behind me before even giving me our drinks. The snappy chashier said it was to save their times when I asked why I couldnt just wait at the window. Apparently my time does not matter, I sat and waited for at least 10 minutes while 2 cars came, ordered, and was served their food before they brought my food out. I ordered 4 biggie bags, how long could it possibly take, if every single item was cooked fresh?? Seriously?? I do however want to recommend the taco bell next door to this location, because they are fast and courteous!

Well let’s start with everything was cold when given to me. Waiting in line for 45 mins for cold food is a bit crazy. The order was incorrect for my sons order. They gave him bacon and he doesn’t eat pork. The guy at the front you could tell he was brand new, sweet boy. I didn’t want to say anything to him bc I just seen him get cussed out by the car in front of me. The manager came to take the chili off my bill bc they was out and she seemed very annoyed.
This is a brand new store, and with that being said the company and corporate should know that you need all hands on deck for the first few weeks of opening. And if you don’t have employees then pull from other stores. I just felt like who ever made the decision to close with only two people in the restaurant set them up for failure.

Not only the open late but the also close early which is not part of their open hours or closing hours , they stop serving food to people at 9pm where as the close at 1am , I hope chick fil a take over your business , I will complain to your corporate office and I hope your manager sees this cuz I have 20 things to tell him or she. Went thru the drive thru and they didn’t put my BBQ sauce in the bag, I asked the lady at the window for one and she said she put one in the bag, had to dump all my food out to show her and she finally she gave me a sauce. She never gave me a straw or napkins and messed up my drink but at that time after waiting 20 minutes for a $5 biggie bag and arguing about a sauce, I just left. First and last time I will ever be there. The drive thru lady needs fired. Wendys you all need to investigate this store, there are too many bad reviews for a brand new store and also had a good friend tell me the drive thru lady literally cussed at her for asking for a sauce so she also told me she will never go back to this location.

Nice and remodeled Wendy’s but the same slow service. Needs new management or employees. Been in line for 20 minutes. I see no food service company’s doing any pick up from the receiving window. Ordered my (2) frosties but still waiting another w0 minutes. Shut this place down or hire new staff.
