This Wendy’s is actually doing better it seems. Ice and drink machine have been fixed. Service was quick, food was hot and tasty. Only complaint was the sticky floors, I’m not sure they are teaching the kids who work there that they have to use some soap and fresh water for mopping to do any good.

Tonight at 10.15 I order one spicy chicken large combo and coke and one spicy chicken sandwich and after I paid I received frozen two spicy chicken sandwiches. I hear Wendy’s sell fresh ,never frozen “. I recommend don’t go this location.

Horrible, horrible, horrible !!! The entire staff and managers need to be fired!!! They are all incredibly rude and lack basic customer service. Totally inappropriate. Wearing pajamas, playing on their phones, cussing at each other. They need a clean slate with professional and kind staff. I spent $40 tonight for cold food, several items missing, and to be disrespected at the window when I was nothing but kind and polite. I also asked for my receipt and they said their printer was broken. Shame on this place!!!! As per the other reviews, this place needs some major discipline!!

I ordered a biggie bag, a 10 price nugget and special ordered a Dave double they repeated my double back to me 3 times and still made it wrong. I asked for no mayo no tomatoes well done extra pickles extra onions. And I received a bunch soaked in mayo leaking thru wrapper and bag from the burger being so hot when they put in on. thank god it wasnt an allergy concern.

We got here at 8pm after a game to eat inside and was watched by an employee that was outside the doors all the way to the door only for him to tell us they lock the doors at 6pm. That drive thru was the only option.

This is the second time I been here during their night shift. Both times the order was messed up. 1st time I tried to call to talk to someone about missing food. No answer. Tonight our order was missing a sandwich the food was cold. I ordered 30 spicy chicken nuggets non of which was even warm. The fries were cold as well. We ordered 6 cups of cheese sauce cuz all the kids love it with the fries and chicken nuggets. As we ordered the cheese sauce the drive thru person yells DAMN. I had my kids in the car that was totally inappropriate! This place needs shut down after all the horrible reviews something needs to be done.

I just got the apple chicken salad and I am struggling to find a good piece of lettuce in the entire Bowl that’s not brown or not a center stem… for $7 I could have went in and got a fresh salad off the Kroger salad bar but I always like Wendy’s salads .. however this is disappointing and just bad customer service. This salad should have never left the store in this condition. It’s not showing the photos that I upload so I do have some if anyone’s curious.

Associates and employees over here are rude n racist. Today I visit them first time with my kids. Order 2 combos from drive thru. When I go to window to pay them, she say go to other wendys we don’t have food for you. I ask what is going on, she say nothing. Do you guys have policy to serve specific people only or she do that to me on purposes. Management team please address it otherwise I’ll post it in Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and tiktok.

Men’s Restroom is disgusting!!!!!! It appears as if it hasn’t been cleaned in at least a year. I’m definitely making a call to the health department. If the restroom is nasty, how can the people handling your food clean their hands?

A doordasher was able to steal my order because Wendy’s crew failed to do their job and make sure that the order was confirmed before just handing it out !!! Then when I called I was hung up on and then they refused to remake the order they careless handed out !!
