The level of customer service at this location has become completely unacceptable. The woman working the morning drive thru, Val, is consistently rude and visibly annoyed when asked to do even the most basic part of her job. There is no greeting, no professionalism, just attitude. When I asked for a simple side of honey butter (because the sandwich barely has any on it to begin with), she grunted, refused to speak, and simply raised her eyebrows instead of responding like an adult.
This is not an isolated incident. I visit this location multiple times a week, and the experience is almost always the same: cold, stale, or poorly prepared food combined with dismissive service. Customers should not feel like they are inconveniencing staff by placing an order.
I will not be returning to this location. If you value basic courtesy and fresh food, your better option is the Wendy’s on Alum Creek a mile down the road. The difference in professionalism and food quality is noticeable.
This store seriously needs accountability and management intervention.

Went here today to get something quick and easy. Well that was a mistake.. white lady older with a rotund build was quite nasty to me. As someone who works customer service, that was disappointing. I don’t know what her name was but she was awful. Just bc you’re miserable doesn’t mean you take it out on others. Management needs to do something about her or get better people who will be nicer. This was on 12/22/25

I wasn’t feeling really well this past Wednesday (1/29/25), so my boyfriend offered to grab something for dinner on his way home from work. He just so happened to stop into this Wendy’s around 5:20-5:30 pm, mind you the middle of dinner rush. All I wanted was a chili and a plain baked potato, he gets home and we sit down to eat. I opened up my baked potato and was so frustrated and disappointed at the quality of it. You could tell it had been sitting around for quite awhile, it was super crispy, dry, and discolored. I was floored (but not really bc this just seems par for the course these days) that someone would even hand this out the window.

Food was terrible, cold nuggets, cold fries, and the manager could care less. If it was up to me all these places would be outta business. I did not receive sauce for my nuggets. Hamburger Patti was cold and dry like it had been sitting. Then they pulled me up as if they were preparing fresh food. I would not recommend this Wendy’s just a waste of money.

I went through the drive-through. I had pre-ordered through the app. There is an automated smart screen that takes your order. The mic is clear, and the system is very comprehensive. In my previous experience, it was very good at deciphering what is said, including menu retraction or adjustments. I told it I ordered online and was immediately connected to a person. I asked for no ice in my drink. Generally, I get everything as ordered. However, this time, there was ice in my drink. It’s not that big of a deal. Overall, I rarely have an issue at this location. Staff are proficient and kind.

I always stop by there to grab breakfast got a very nasty attitude from the cashier since my order contain eggs and there was a wait for them which I did not know , as I continued to wait for my order I walked in to see if I can get a refund the older Caucasian lady was very irate stated she just need to walk them out which I already been waiting for awhile ., my order was cold very unprofessional about it .

They filled my large Frosty only 2/3 of the way up, they forgot all of my sauces for our nuggets and our french fries and even after we asked them to add up to the proper full amount of Frosty, they still only made it up to about 3/4 of the way. Very disappointed in this location of Wendy’s.

I don’t get to this location very often. Never had any issues. Todays visit started bad but got better at the end. Took quite a while to get my order. But I would like to say Thank You to everyone that stepped up to get my order redone so I didn’t have cold food! I won’t let 1 bad time ruin other visits. Thank you from the FedEx driver!!!
