Me and my sister went in as the only customers in the dining room my order was a 5 minute wait ok not bad but my sisters was a 20 minute wait! There was no since of urgency or hey they’ve been stareing at us for 20 minutes let’s get this order out the ordered 4 jbc burgers and 4 fries a little wait I understand but 20 minutes as the only customers and we can see yall taking yall barely trying by the time we left to sit and eat outside my meal was COLD there’s to many ppl doing nothing for it to have taken that long I won’t be back

TIM (manager) is RUDE. When pulling up to the window, Tim was irritated for what ever reason but when grabbing my card he snatched it out of my hand. I ignored that . What made me frustrated is how he talked to the employee who was assisting him at the window. He rigorously says “pull her up” as he waves his hand gesturing me to move forward and wait for my well done sandwich. You can tell the young lady was growing frustrated with his demanding attitude. When pulling off, I noticed my sandwich was not well done as requested. So I turn around and wait in line for the manager to ask for my sandwich to be remade. The manager, snooty attitude rolls his eye takes a deep breath and says that is well done. I told him this is not my first time coming here and you are the only person who is telling me that you cannot remake my sandwich. I asked for his name and I told him I will be reporting him to the Better Business Bureau. With that being said, I was not satisfied, nor refunded my money back. I will be disputing this transaction. The HR department needs to be held accountable for hiring such poor unexperienced workers.

So I pull in they are asking people to pull up they are so busy due to them locking the inside. So I wait 15 mins in line get to the window. They gave me the wrong food and charged me for it. Then ask me to pull up. 15 min later I get my food and ask about my money. The guy says I just make the food. I ask to see a manger. He says I have to wait in line again. I paid 12.45 for a baconator just the sandwich! Because the line is still around the building. SO THEY STOLE MY MONEY. I seen 6 employees why is the inside locked. I also seen them give the wrong food to 3 different people before they stole my hard earned money!

I ordered $20 worth of food. I waited for 25 minutes. There was 3 cars ahead of me. By the time I got my food, it was all cold. Plus they were out of bbq sauce. I ask for crackers for my large chili n the kid said he gave me some. I got home to realize I had 1 package of crackers. Thry gave my husband lettuce on his dsve single but it was only a thin strip in the middle of his sandwich. The beans in my chili dont taste right. They r crumbling apart in ny mouth. Its kinda gross.. Not very happy w thr service we received tonight. Sorry guys. Its a bunch of young kids running the place. Wheres thr manager at???

The employee working at the window, Gavin, gave me the creeps to the point I completely lost my appetite. Then he had me pull up to bring my food out to me and there was no one else in line. Yeah right… I opened up my food and it looked old and the croissant sandwich looked disgusting. I threw it away, didn’t even try it. Never had Wendy’s breakfast before and was starving. Today I remembered why I don’t eat fast food.

Waited in line for 20 mins just so they can say we are not taking orders anymore. Not the first time this has happen and I know this happens to alot of other people too. They will say the system is down just so all can go outside and take a hour or so smoke break. They need to close this location down or get someone else to run it.

It took me a half an hour to get to order my food. I was patient because insomnia sucks. Was spoken to very rudely over the drive-thru speaker and then when I pulled up to the window I overheard them talk and a load of bull so I drove off without my food, without paying. Kiosk and card only. I’m sorry, but that’s totally bullsh!t. For one, I don’t work there. Take my order. Laziness is the only excuse there. Two, I deal cash only as do other people. Our cash states right on the bill “This note is legal tender for all debts, public and private” Refusal to accept cash should not be a legal option. This is The United States of America.

The employees were so nice and were very efficient at their job. They called my fiancé “boss” which made his day. We wanted ice cream which we had been to two other fast food restaurants for and the other two didn’t have it. Wendy’s did and it was fast and tasted good. And the fries were hot and fresh which were very delicious. I don’t ever write reviews but I appreciated the customer service here.
