Every time I come to this location my food is always cold and people are always screaming in the back . None of the employees wear the uniform’s, hair nets, or hats. Today I watched Two employees eat a customers fries out of their food and eat them but that’s not even the worse thing that happened today . What’s making me write this review today is I asked my food to be made to order, the cashier asked the manager for everything to be fresh and he comes up to me and says “ none of our food is premade, everything is fresh”… I then said that’s not what I asked I want all my food to be made as I order , I don’t want cold fries or nuggets. He then tries to go back and fourth with me all because I asked everything to be dropped fresh. After the little situation I see him whispering to a bigger set white lady that’s preparing the sandwich’s. I think nothing of it. I take a bite of my burger and I notice a chunk taken out of the other side, like she purposely took a chunk out. Service is horrible I will never return to theirs chain again. Employees literally sit at the counter and eat food Infront of you with their gloves on.

I came through the drive thru Thursday 3/5/26 at 11:45pm. The manager on duty tonight would not give me my receipt but she had the worst service. She snatched my card from me and almost made me drop the drink (which was completely flat) because she let go of it before I even grabbed it. She then slammed the window in my face. Mind you, I was the ONLY customer there. My nuggets were definitely old and I didn’t even get all 10

The vibe of the location is pretty good. It’s been much more modernized in recent years which is a shame, but the layout of the building is nice. The service isn’t necessarily good nor bad. They’re people doing their job, can’t fault them. The food does come quick though. The quality of the food is pretty average compared to other Wendy’s. It’s definitely one of my preferred Wendy’s aesthetically.

I thought it was just certain Wendy’s chains that you had to worry about. Apparently, it’s ALL of them. The service and food were just terrible. The wait was 25 minutes just to receive cold food. Ordered Baconator Fries. Ha, what a joke! The cheese was not melted and they only put half a piece of bacon on the side. . For the price that just doesn’t make sense. LOADED FRIES SHOULD BE LOADED!!!!!

Horrible service and attitude including the manager! Out of Sprite Zero because they were waiting on a truck and that is understandable. A nasty attitude is not. The manager sets the tone and she didn’t set a good example tonight. She definitely needs customer service training. Too many other restaurants to choose from and restaurants need to realize they need us.

Did an online order and once at pickup window the lady said she will have to cancel our order due to an item being out of stock and replace the order again and pay again since the other order was cancelled. That was all fine except they didn’t end up cancelling the order and we were charged for both orders. We called and she apologized but said she didn’t know what to do and there is t a way to refund our card.

First off, you hear folks talk about hospitality. This place feels more welcoming than my own family. Walking in I was greeted by smiling faces and friendly words. No issues arose with my order and the building was spotless. I even had friendly conversation with the staff. I’d like to see continued success to this location.

Waited in line for a hour for 2 combos and 2 biggie bags then they gave me half my order and then looked at me dumb bc I didn’t have the rest of it. The lady manager looked very rude and the whole staff just looked clueless on what they was doing. All my foods cold as well. Disappointed

I usually don’t complain, but the service that was given at this Wendy’s was atrocious. It was lunch time, but not busy. But you have every employee scurrying around with no direction. The person in the front was an older lady cussing to herself and angrily stocking items. All in front of my 6-year old son no less. I sat at the register for literally 5 minutes, making eye contact with everyone. Not a single person saying, “we’ll be with you in a minute” or anything like that. I finally asked, if I should use the kiosk or anyone could take my order. Just 1 order of 6 piece nuggets for my son. The “manager??” said, “we only have 2 hands, and working” Then still just walked away. You’re the manager, but obviously shouldn’t be. Then, the cussing lady goes to the register and angrily states, “what do you want”. I almost lost it, but finally got my nuggets for my son and won’t ever go to this joke of a location ever again.
