People are nice but as in every fast food place. You dont get what you see on tv or on the menu pictures.

Biscuits were NOT cooked, sausage was barely warm, good thing it has a little kick to it. Good part? The eggs. Why cant the biscuits be golden? Why does the sausage look like it was warmed up in a microwave over the grill? Wendys used to have the best fast food breakfast and it seems their standard of quality has went DOWN.

Large chili left a lot to be desired. OVER 3/4 of the contents were beans. I realize beans are in Chili but I’d expect to be able to scoop them out and still have enough to call a serving size. This is at least true with any other Wendy’s location I’ve visited.

slight mistake on order that was quickly and politely fixed. dining room was pretty clean but AC is very cold so beware. convenient electric outlets to charge devices. wendy’s has the best breakfast for the money imho.

This is the best Wendy’s in the area. Brand new and well taken care of . The staff are friendly and we’re all joking and having a good time which always makes the restaurant a happier place to visit . Tables needed to be cleaned, but overall, it was very nice inside . Food came out quickly and was typical Wendy’s fair . The berry frosty tasted like medicine and can not recommend it .

Usually great with an amazing staff, and will change my review after my next visit.
I go to Wendy’s 2 or 3 times a week usually with a mobile order. Went in at 630 today to pickup breakfast, and I know it’s early but the girl at the 2nd window didn’t say 1 word to me, even though I said good morning and thank you.
The coffee was not hot at all – threw it away and went straight to Starbucks.

I ordered a Spicy Chicken Sandwich on 1/9/26, fresh to order. She said it would take 6 minutes, I said that’s fine, I have no problem waiting. When I got to the second window she handed me the sandwich immediately, confused, I asked “Was it still 6 minutes?” She immediately got an attitude with me and said “it just came out of the fryer and closed the window on me. The sandwich was good, but her attitude and disrespect was not good. I’ve worked service industry so I usually just let things like this go, but to be so unnecessarily rude when I’m being really chill rubbed me the wrong way.

It’s a great Wendy’s! Service was fast and friendly. They were efficient and out all the requested condiments in the bag.
They were polite and literally had the web order filled as soon as it was placed. Nuggets were fresh and we watched them prepare the frosty.

I just went through the drive through and both young men who helped me were extremely polite and kind (young guy with wild curls at window one, young man with short dark hair at window two). Sadly, you don’t see a lot of customer service that’s worthy of praise anymore, so I wanted to make sure I acknowledged the excellent service I got tonight.
