This place was DISGUSTING. On the inside, there were flies ALL OVER. It was a infestation. They were everywhere you looked. The biggest problem was my food. My fries were nice but the nuggets… they had this weird sticky goo on them. Absolutely horrible. Should’ve gone to the McDonald’s across the street. Please do not come here.

I ordered a summer salad with no cheese and you would have thought I asked them to cut off a limb. It was absolutely an inconvenience I can not have dairy from the worker through the drive thru window. I got to work and realized all I had was a lettuce and strawberry salad. I paid 7.99 for lettuce and strawberries because they didn’t add any of the chicken or bacon to my salad.

We went inside to order. I understand most places are low in help but even so, the employees that are there should not be talking about personal family issues for all to hear. I usually love Wendy’s and will give them the benefit of the doubt. I hope this particular store will redeem itself. We end leaving and going elsewhere.

We went in after a day of fun with the grandkids. The bathrooms had no soap in either, the place was disgusting. Dirty floors worn rugs we left without even ordering. As we drove past the drive thru three people were standing there doing nothing. They should have been cleaning!

Although the food quality was ok, I was surprised how dirty it was inside. Flies everywhere including dead ones on tables. We were a group of 5 and the only ones there when we arrived. Most of the tables were dirty. The condiment and drink station dirty as well as the entrance windows, doors and floors. Made me wonder what the kitchen area must be like and lost my appetite.

Slowest drive-through of my life. 4 cars in front of me and took all of 30 minutes to get through the line. Now I’m not allowed to leave work to get food anymore because I got back so late. Also dining room looked empty. Not sure how they can even make a profit at that slow of a drive through rate.

Pulled into Wendy’s parking lot at 7:30pm, attempted to go inside, doors were locked. Decided to go through the drive through. 3 cars ahead of me took 10 minutes to order food, then received my food at 7:54pm. Associate at the window was rude, and food was not fresh. Avoid the Urbana Wendy’s if you don’t want your time and money wasted. Honestly surprised this place has not gone out of business yet.

Whoever was working the drive-thru at 10:42 p.m. tonight has zero customer skills and was extremely rude. I love Wendy’s food but the Urbana location has been terrible for several years now. From the attitude and the tone I got from the drive-thru worker I didn’t feel like I wanted to eat the food that was going to be handed to me… Seriously don’t go to this store!
