Got up to the drive thru order menu and had to wait ten minutes before anyone took the order – super simple baconator combo and two extra drinks, no special toppings or anything. Pulled up, paid, and waited another fifteen minutes to get the food! Absolutely terrible. A drive thru with no cars in front of you shouldn’t take 30 minutes!!! I won’t be going back here, there plenty of other places nearby.

Worst and most inefficient Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. Someone needs to lose franchise rights for letting this place be horribly mismanaged to the point simple orders off peak hours take 15mins or more to get through a drive thru. Incredibly inefficient and unable to process more than a single order at a time. Literally asking people to wait to order until the previous order is fulfilled to completion . Could not recommend any lower, go anywhere else!

I have gone to this wendys for 6 months at least twice a week & it’s always something. I put in my mobile order early by 30-45 minutes everytime & still have to pull up & wait 30 mins for it to be done. Meanwhile people who order at the drive through get their bags right away. They make you wait for food that isnt even fresh. What’s the point in waiting? I have never had a good experience here. I was also told by a coworker that they have a relative working here that drops food & serves it anyway. I will be call the BBB (better business bureau) this week. This is ridiculous.

#1 combo and nuggets. Split between my husband and I. Only car in drive through. Food was HOT and FRESH! Came up in a timely manner. Staff was friendly. Thank you!

Wendy’s has I think the best food for fast food but this Wendy’s is so bad it is usually far worse then then the other fast foods. Once every four months i will try again but every time i am disappointed. Managements all needs fired and to restart fresh, come on this has been happening for years.

Worlds worst Wendy’s but everyone in town already knows this. I give them a shot about once year and somehow it gets worst everytime. You are always gonna wait 20-30 min for food and somehow it comes out cold every single time kind of amazing really how a place can be this bad for soo many years and not get shutdown. Waited in the drive through for over 10 mins and never even got up to the speaker. When I left the line and circled around the building, there wasn’t even a line between the speaker and the window. Not sure if there was no one inside? There were 2 employees out smoking. But either way a giant waste of time.

The absolute worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to in this entire country. All the employees do is complain. The drive-through heaven forbid they get a few cars. It’ll take you 30 minutes to get through it so much for fast food at that point. Go inside order your food. They just set it on the counter. don’t say a word to you so just sit there. Corporate should really step in and take care of these ungrateful people who work here and do nothing but complain.

Although the food quality was ok, I was surprised how dirty it was inside. Flies everywhere including dead ones on tables. We were a group of 5 and the only ones there when we arrived. Most of the tables were dirty. The condiment and drink station dirty as well as the entrance windows, doors and floors. Made me wonder what the kitchen area must be like and lost my appetite.
