Simple man, just want some bbq with my nuggets. Stingy with the sauce, said it’s an extra $0.50 per sauce. On top of that they gave me honey mustard when I asked for bbq. Simple stuff man, got to do better.

VERY DISSAPOINTING FOR BEING NEW ALBANY AND A BRAND NEW LOCATION. Awful service, a tiny spec of mayo on crispy chicken, there was hardly any cheese on the cheese fries, the crispy chicken also looks extra burnt and old, the burger had a tiny spec of mustard on it, extra onions was 2 small slices of onion, no lettuce, buns feel hard like they were just sitting out getting stale, I hate the fact that you can go inside and you cannot speak to them, you have to do it through the machine inside,( unless you are in drive through you can ask for a real person), the people do not greet you, it’s just the worst wendys I’ve ever been to and we go to a lot of them, and often. Don’t go here unless you want to have problems!

Food was better than I usually find at other Wendy’s. Staff was cheerful and helpful. I dislike having to use the kiosk to order. Enough so that I’ll probably choose to go elsewhere. It takes longer to order and customizing options are limited. Example, you can’t add onions or cheese to chili on the kiosk. You have to catch them at the counter before they complete the order.

Had some gift cards to use and wanted to dine-in for lunch on Friday 10/31, but the doors to the building were locked. Right in the middle of a lunch rush on a Friday afternoon? Bizarre. Gave this place another chance today. At the main counter, there’s a sign directing you to order at the kiosk. Two of the 3 available kiosks are Cash/Credit. Finished all of the prompts to order, and the kiosk directs me to use the adjacent card reader for my gift card payment. I have 2 gift cards with funds available. Tried one. It declined. Tried the other. It declined. Kiosk directs me to order at the counter, but there’s nobody at the counter. I try the other kiosks and get the same result. Not only did it mistakenly reject my gift cards, but the machine did not accept cash at the two kiosks that were designated for cash. Frustrsted, I yell out to see if anyone can help me. One of the workers emerged to tell me that gift cards haven’t worked “for like a month.” I ask if I can use gift cards at the counter, bypassing the kiosks, and was told “You can’t use gift cards at all here.”
I know it’s just fast food, but the franchisee who owns this location clearly doesn’t care about customer service. Reflects poorly on them and seems to be indicative of absentee management. I’d rate this location zero stars if I could. Avoid at all costs.

I usually get Jr Bacon Chzbgr- the beef patties are smashed down to practically nothing and OVERCOOKED, so not much flavor. I have also gotten the ckn ranch wrap and the ckn was so dry and hard- it was inedible. And the service is slow both inside and drive thru. (See pics for bun to burger ratio-hardly anything there)

It was dirty, they prepared food without gloves and still used their hands versus kitchen utensils. One person put gloves on after seeing me stand there waiting for our food, then scratched her face with the same gloves she used to prep our food, and others food.
They had the fries in a fry container but it was sitting on the side of the fryer on top of a cardboard box that had been flattened. When they filled fires (without gloves) they laid them down on that box!
Another employee walked to his car and the bathroom with his phone in hands about 5 times while I was standing there waiting for our food. In between those times, he was in the kitchen where food was being prepared holding his phone.
So disappointing!
No one was rude, but no one seemed to care about quality, cleanliness, or service.

Went here to use my wendy’s gift card. Once i got up to the window the guy working was definitely high & said he couldn’t take my gift card. makes no sense.

Ordered the new misfortune meals, and didn’t supply a receipt so we couldn’t fix their mistakes. We got no sauces than were suppose to come with this special meal and then instead of the large special frosty we got root beer floats, and when we went in to correct the issue we were told we were wrong. What’s the point of a special exspenive fast food pos meal if you don’t get the speciality items. DO NOT GO HERE

This location caters to drive through. Walked in they want you to use the kiosk but had to go to the register to use the coupon.
The employees acted like they didn’t want to be there. My sandwich was not hot and the worker was short with me looking through the sandwich like she didn’t believe me. The second sandwich was the same so ill just heat it up at home. Then tried to explain if you want it hot it would take 3 to 8 minutes.
