Just your typical Wendy’s. We were on the motorcycle and decided to get a bite. Ordered our food and didn’t wait to long to get it. Nice dining area, but we decided to eat outside on the curb, since the weather was nice.

We went to the drive-thru. We had two separate orders. To start it off the girl had no idea what she was doing. We gave her special orders. Example homestyle chicken plain with cheese. Simple enough. You would of thought that we had asked for the moon. We also asked for a Dave’s lemonade no ice. Basically what I am saying is we sat there for over 10 minutes. To get everything correct. In the drive-thru by the way. Sorry to everyone behind us. But we were not leaving until everything right.

I just want to say….it was really dirty and the service was half ass. I couldnt find the right lid because they were all the same size, the waiter barely spoke, only whispered and the look of the hanging cobwebs and grease all over the walls, i wont be back. Not even to the drive thru.

We’re from out of town and stopped in for breakfast on a Sunday. It looked like a really nice Wendy’s so that is what drew us in. The restaurant itself is really nice, clean, etc..and the biscuit sandwiches were delicious. Now, the man at the register is where it went downhill. From the way he was dressed, he may have been a manager? At any rate, he comes over and doesn’t say one word…just stands there staring at us. I assumed to just start ordering and asked a question about the biscuit sandwiches and his reply was “I guess” and just glared at us once again. We finally placed the order, paid and after he gave the change, he just walked off. I’ve never been in a restaurant ever, that a cashier didn’t speak…its crazy. It made the visit very awkward and honestly, probably wouldn’t return if we ever came thru town again. Bottom line, rudeness has no place in customer service. Maybe he’d be better suited for an office job where he doesn’t deal with public directly.

I have 8 spicy chicken nuggets. They all were old hard and not edible. My dog enjoyed them. So not happy but the rest of my order was good. Fries,JB cheeseburger. But I went into order my food and got no service. Stood there for 3mins and not one person acknowledged me. So I left and did the drive thru. Totally different experience. All nice friendly very helpful.

Ordered the New sausage and cheese on an English muffin this morning. Took a bit at it was total grease, put the sandwich in the bag and it was so greasy the bag was full of grease. Very disappointed.

Fastest most accurate good chain in this county. Always have been since 1994! At least that I remember. It could be longer lol. Joe and Jen, the owners are fantastic and have worked right in the thick of it, never afraid to get their hands dirty. Always leading by example rather than just instructing and demanding!
