Food is fine. Service sucks. Went to the drive thru. I was handed 3 drinks and a bag of food at the window tonight, September 28th at 8pm. The drive thru worker never said a single word and never made eye contact. Zero customer service skills. I had to ask, “Is that everything?” He said, “yeah,” as he was walking in the opposite direction of the drive thru window. I got no utensils for my baked potato and I specifically asked for sour cream and got NONE.

The staff are friendly, but it seems they don’t know what they are doing. I wanted to add a coupon to my meal. I told the person ringing me up at the drive through, I want to add a coupon and they didn’t add the coupon, so I didn’t get my nuggets. They need more training and to listen to the customer better. They are friendly and helpful, but I want my hamburger and free nuggets.

Disgusting inside, none of the table were clean, floor was a mess . Workers just standing around . Sidewalks were not shoveled and made it very difficult to manuever my mothers wheelchair. Very dissapointed. Dont waste your money at this place.

I’ll never go here again. The last two times I was there, the front counter people are so confused and so slow that it appears like their intentionally going as slow as humanly possible.
Not the place to go when you only have a certain amount of time for a lunch break.

It was Wendy’s, so exactly as you’d expect. They got my order right, which is more than I can say for 50% of other locations. It was reasonably freshish. The staff was friendly and courteous. No complaints. Nothing stood out as all that great either.

Excellent new Cobb Salad. Served with Ranch I guess, unless you ask if they offer a different kind, which I did. I choose a Pomegranate vinegarette which was a perfect fit. Didn’t care for the side of crunchy onions. Burger and chili were good, as always.
Cashier was efficient but cold, unfriendly, almost non-verbal and looked at me like I just strangled her puppy! I would not ever go back there if she was at the counter.

I buy chili a lot from this Wendy’s it’s on my way home. So often it’s not full. Even the family size the last few time. Maybe they are told not to. You are not getting your money worth. I have got it from other Wendy’s they always fill it up. Just disappointed. Adding to this post a few months later. Here is what I got today! 2/19/25. Really!!!! You work hard for your money and get even less than the last time!!!

To say this place is on ISLAND TIME every…single…. time is an understatement!!! No one here right now, and I’ve been waiting nearly 15 minutes to pick up this doordash order… There is never a sense of urgency EVER!! this place needs some serious retraining, or even better, actual training to DJ their jobs
