I’ve gone to this location for years, but today was the last time. Food quality and service has gone downhill quick. You now have to talk to AI to order because they don’t want to pay an employee. They have a sign saying they round the price down to the nearest nickel if you pay cash, but they round your change down instead and argue when you call them out. I don’t care if it’s a few cents, do that enough and it adds up. They also won’t give you a receipt so you could fill out the feedback form, but I guess that’s fine since there are stll plenty of good restaurants in this area to go to instead.

Wow, I am shocked. From a small mishap about the wrong SAUCE, I was met with two workers who I believe both manage this location and they escalated the situation and environment. Instead of kindly switching out the sauces, both me and another were met with disrespect and poor attitudes. I went back to my car to bring in the food and the worker who I was initially talked to walked away and ignored me. Another worker handed over sauces and apologized, we started walking away and the employee was angrily saying we needed to give her the other sauce. Horrible customer service, OVER SAUCE. Managers should be trained to deal with quick fixes like this and de-escalation techniques. Other co-workers were apologizing for the behavior of the woman. Even Tim Hortons apologized. No receipt given either so I cannot reply to customer service. Do not recommend going or asking for help with a messed up order.

Ayers Road Wendy’s best in class. Bright, clean, friendly, happy, nice staff. Very good food, quickly done. I listened in to the shift mgr praise his people, coaching them. I literally missed the exit in traffic, circled back around vi 161 exit. Decided to go inside and relax, stressed day. I was able to do so. Dave Thomas would be proud. The Wendy’s concept, in Dublin, the home of Wendy’s, is alive and well. I pulled the mgr aside, “All good, people just complain. All good, Well Done” I’ll probably have lunch with ny daughter there today. Its worth going back too.

This Wendys does not even deserve 1 star. Almost everytime I visit there in the evening the burger meat is pink and not cooked appropriately. There are items missing from my to go order as well. For example 2 – 10 piece nuggets missing. Would be wise to check the patties before you eat. The fries were cold.
Undercooked hamburger meat is a health hazard. I hope no one gets ill.

Front door was locked and had to use a side door with no sign telling us to use the other door. Tables had not been cleaned, crumbs all over the tops of them.

This place is disgusting on the inside . The soda machine is gross and malfunction. Almost all of the tables are dirty and sticky. The food is what you would expect from a Wendy’s that looks like this .

The hamburger patty was pink and inedible. The chicken strips were okay, but come on, I think a 5 year old could have made sure that the burger meat was the right color before serving to customers to eat.

Sad to have to leave this but the service and food quality here today sucked. No way to sugarcoat it. Indifferent service, assured me my complete order for my family and I was in the bags, and forgot an entire bag of food. And far food isn’t cheap anymore. So I didn’t get to eat with my family and the replacement food they gave me was cold and still incorrect. Terrible across the board. And why was the dining room locked up at 6pm EST? Very disappointing. The owner should be ashamed of it’s a franchise store. If it’s corporate we’ll the manager doesn’t ha e their eye on the ball. I’m so angry I might never eat this slop again.

I just discovered that is the person working there is the one with the problem (I believe he is the manager). I would go during the day and when he would work I would always have a problem. Specially, because I place my orders on the app, there is an option where you pay 30 cents for a cup of cheese and then you can actually click for extra cheese at no extra cost. I believe that they have moved this guy to the night, because today I am working a late shift and I placed an order. Tell me why i am paying an extra 30 cents for a half filled cup of cheese and i did not get the extra one. Dude told me I only paid for one. Just look at the picture. I finished the cup of cheese and my fries are still not even half way done. As you can see in the pic, my finger is half way in the cup and that is what you pay 30 cents for? Is not the 30 cents. Is the belief that you can go pick up your food and go back to work and be able to enjoy it.
