Went through the drive through.. just get rid of the AI. Or replace the workers. I ordered no ice in drink but there is ice. Ordered no mayo add ranch.. but it is mayo on my sandwich. I have a sever egg allergy. When I tried to talk to them at the window, Cameron (the name on receipt) shut the door on me and rolled their eyes. I then sat at the window for 2 minutes and they proceeded to ignore me! I tried to call and no answer. Thanks Wendy’s for trying to send me to the hospital.. Included receipt in photo for proof.

I’m not sure when the building was reconstructed. I see other comments reflecting a bad experience. However, for my visit, I ordered a Dave’s single, fries and a drink. I normally don’t write too many reviews but this was the best I’ve ever had outside of the Innovation Center. My burger was hot, fresh and delicious. The drink machine and counter was very clean. The employee I ordered from was friendly and helpful.

never answers the drive through. we sit there for 5 mins and no one talks. first time we went to the window and had to order, second time we looked inside and no one was paying attention so we left. definitely should be doing their job a little better!

Maybe it’s just me, but when I order a chicken nugget meal and pay for a dipping sauce, I expect it to be in the bag. I got to the window, and of course—no barbecue sauce. They even charged me 50¢ for something I already paid for. It’s not about the amount; it’s the principle. If a place can’t get basic orders right, that’s just bad business. I won’t be back.

staff was very rude. junior bacon cheeseburger was without the bacon. we ordered spicy nuggets and they were regular along with a diet coke that was regular coke.

The white looking stuff is bacon fat!! It came off my mushroom bacon burger which was pink! Had I paid attention to my burger I wouldn’t have eaten almost every bite. But I was riding in the car and it’s dark out. I got in the house and looked down and ugh, pink. The bacon I pulled off bc it was like chewing on rubber. So gross. This store was awsome prior to the changes. I will find another store because I won’t be back to this one. So disappointing
