This Wendy’s seriously needs to get it together. Mobile orders are very straight forward, no miscommunication over the speaker, just a simple typed black & white order. Yet, at this Wendy’s employees apparently have trouble with reading. They are staffed completely with 15 year olds with zero interest doing simple tasks, more interested in carrying on with eachother.

We had a very simple order of bacon double stacks, which come with additional cost mind you. Every single burger we received had no bacon. They completely forgot an entire large chili. And to top it off, every single order of fries in the bag was thrown in upside down. These are simple things.. no special requests.. literally ordered the way they come on the menu.. Its a complete disregard for anything even resembling “quality.” Suffice to say I won’t be returning to this overcharging, poor excuse for a Columbus based fast food chain and if you happen to read this, neither should you.

17 people were in line when we walked in. (12 were from one van) The line moved quickly as the team behind the counter worked as together. The wait was reasonable.
The food was why we chose Wendy’s. Traveling we didn’t want to eat too much. We ordered aTaco salad, senior soft drink and a Junior bacon cheeseburger biggy bag.
The temperature of the food was spot on.
Although the dining room is smaller than what we are used to, there were plenty of seating options without anyone being too close together.
We were very impressed with the workers, the cleanliness and over all atmosphere.
Great Job! The “manager or lead” was Rachel, she worked along side we everyone. It was the best fast food crew we have seen since COVID.

The staff are clueless and the manager is an absolute jerk. They kept insisting we ordered our pickup to wrong store when they literally had our order there the whole time even made us wait until it “popped up”. Maybe try actually doing your jobs before giving customers attitude and smug looks. Your incompetence is embarrassing.

I ordered JBC meals for the family and every single one of them was cold when they handed them to us. So much for made fresh when you order. On top of that, the manager walking around with 4 feet of hair swinging and swaying with no hair net, tie or in any way tied up, I thought was not allowed in kitchen environments.

We ordered doubles and got singles. The sandwiches were wrapped poorly even though we were the only ones in the drive-thru, so it did not seem like there was a rush (though I cannot attest to the amount of online orders they had). Ordered Baconator fries and there was something in them that we were not able to identify. Overall, this was not a great experience.

I get seasoned potatoes often at Wendy’s. They are my FAV. I stop in buckeye lake because a it’s on my way to work. They have automated ordering, so feels isolated- but the girl who runs the window, is amazing. She said to me today at the window. “I know you love those potatoes and they are not fresh, I had her drop some new ones we will bring them out in two mins!”
She has no idea on my 5,6,7 am days how much kindness sets me forward in such a special way. I appreciate this, and hope I bring this level of customer service to my customers. ❤️

The own manager was being rude and hostile to me and my mother also, my brother, my mom asked several times to not put cheese on her sandwich. They put triple cheese, and my mother said hello at the speaker because he did not say wait before that in a loud tone he said it’s only three of us here we had to wait 15 minutes at the speaker And Lord knows how long that we had to wait for him to open up the window Do not waste your time coming here he even forgot her drink until she had to remind him at the window.

Messed up our order. We both got burgers asked for no mayo, both came with mayo. Don’t know if it was the automated AI taking our order or the kids not caring. Wendy’s is going down hill fast. This store consistently gets orders wrong. Maybe they need a manager who cares.
