Absolutely horrible experience. Really don’t see the need to move up and wait 10 minutes just so there time is good when there is nobody behind me and only one family in the lobby. As I am writing this i had 2 cars behind me pull off before getting there order. Unacceptable!!!!
And I’m missing a nugget from my 6 pc. Great job night crew at Wendy’s. Ive worked the restaurant business for 7+ years and I’m sure glad I didn’t end up with a team like you guys.

First and foremost most the young man who took my order did an outstanding job. Second I ordered 3 loaded baked potatoes, 20 piece spicy nuggets I got 2 loaded potatoes, 10 regular and 10 spicy nuggets and a large fry which is NOT what I wanted. I have always had issues with this particular Wendy’s with not getting my order correct and you call up there and call them out on it and they act like me the paying customer paying your check made thr mistake. This place has gone downhill bad!!! Need better trained managers in customer service and resolution. SMH!!!

Next to no one inside, but the workers looked like they were gathered at the cooler. Two workers saw me before the manager came up to service me. Food did not taste fresh, like I was at the tail end of the turnover hour.

I just got home with my order. I take ONE bite out of my junior bacon cheeseburger. I had to pull a hair out. ONLY TO FIND TWO MORE TANGLED IN MY BACON. This is the second time this has happened and the very same reason I haven’t returned since. Disgusting. A health violation. And I wouldn’t even be writing this if it was a mistake of one hair, no… three. And don’t worry, I have pictures.
Not to mention, a friend of mine went in months back asking for an application- the management gave them one gladly… however the staff were making rude looks and laughing at them for asking for said application. I worked for the Wendy’s in Campbellsville for years and I’m honestly disgusted with Columbias.

My baconator was fine but my heart grows cold when I get a order of cold fries. I guess this explains my cold three star rating on this visit. as I always say they need to peel them taters. Wendy’s fries were great back when they used to peel them taters. They were probably my favorite fries back in the day when they used to peel them taters. Oh did I mention that they need to peel them taters?

Ordered on the app and when I got there there was a wait on nuggets that’s fine. What’s not fine is having me wait out there for 20 minutes for nuggets when I know it doesn’t take 20 minutes to cook them. Absolutely ridiculous service. The nuggets weren’t even fresh when I got them because they just forgot about me outside. But they threw in a cookie :))) to make up for 20 wasted minutes fantastic
