I walked into the store and noone was in it that was an employee that I could even see. It was weird. The manager took my order and didn’t give me a receipt after I paid. I thought it would be in my bag. I did not receive a receipt at all. My Bacon Big Classic was lukewarm and my fries were limp and cold. I don’t think I should have to tell the manager how to do her job. I used to go here every night. I won’t go to Wendy’s anymore. I threw the fries on the lawn. At least the birds can eat them. I have too many health issues to mess around with a company that doesn’t care about their customers food being up to health department standards.

Staff in drive thru are rude and will hold you food if they hate you. I came around and paid, an older white woman called me darling, and when I went to hold my paid for food, she stepped back. Then she appeared to “catch herself” and hand me my food. Therefore, if the staff find you human, or less than human you will not be able to get the food you paid for. I am so thankful for evil people like them because now I know I owe Humanity NOTHING and neither do you.

I went in during my lunch break bought my food for me and coworker and I was in a rush because it was my lunch break by the time I got back into the car and headed back to work I realized that my order wasn’t complete they put in an incomplete order and I was forced to take an l which I didn’t like and then the phone number that was on the receipt tried to call it guess what? it was disconnected and then I tried to get on the internet and look up the real phone number called again and it was also a dead end so all in all this place sucks I would like to get my money back but I have to take an L cuz you know working man’s got to be a working man.

I walk in, the dude at the counter looked like he was dozing off of something and i could barely hear him at all. I asked for a medium pink lemonade but they were out. As i was walking in i see a dude walk out with a large pink lemonade. I go ask for ketchup he didn’t even give me a chance to finish my words and said they were out and didn’t even try to look. Went in because had to park in grass with a trailer. Parking isn’t truck and trailer friendly. Waited at least 10 minutes to be waited on.one of the cooks had hair to his shoulders and wasn’t pulled back. We had to scoop our own ice because the machine would only spit a few pieces out. Tea was disgusting, tried 2 drinks and the machine was out of both. 5 of the 6 tables by the window were dirty. Bathroom needed a cleaning.

Great food great environment and friendly staff this one guy there always wears colorful hoodies he’s really nice and has a good sense of humor make sure all my food is there. It feels really relaxing to be able to chat while waiting for food. Definitely a good place to go

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Because this location is the prime example of dedication and hard work. I went through this location a few days ago, and the service was amazing! I mean it is a Wendy’s, but this is a bit better compared to the other locations. I got myself a Pretzel Baconator, Fries & a Vanilla Frosty. The pretzel bun was so soft, and the burger all together was juicy and delicious! The fries can be said the same thing with the burger. The frosty, is a must to get when you are stopping for something quick. A+++++ customer service as well. Nice employees, and employees there who stay focused on quality will do anything to change a flop to somehow very positive. I <3 Wendy's!
