Had to wait 5 minutes for someone to take my order. They were busy in the back making salads. The lady at the drive thru and assembling the food both saw me but never even acknowledged me. They continued to take drive thru orders. The lady making salads brought a stack of salads to the lady making sandwiches, still not acknowledging me. Finally cast a glare at the lady in the drive thru and she hollered for the lady making salads. Got my order and this is how it was prepared, half ass on a tortilla that was falling apart. Thanks Wendy’s I feel so valued.

Hit and miss, but more hit. Chicken entrees usually take a few minutes because they drop them to order, except nuggets. The chili is always good. It caused well with my Ranch Asiago Chicken. Go. It’s fine.

Definitely not very friendly. The lady at the drive-through window needs to cheer up a little bit, just in her tone of voice. I got the impression that they was not wanting any customers because it’s after 10:00 PM, but they’re open till midnight. So they had me pull forward and I’m waiting although there’s no other vehicles in the line kind of makes me suspicious of my food now.

This place is a joke . Gives me cold food multiple times. I checked tonight before I pulled off due to them giving me cold food multiple times. In the past. Asked for warm burgers. Was still given cold burgers. Im livid. Then I call and the manager said im so sorry. I said why did u tell me u was giving me fresh food. And still didnt. THE GM HERE IS RIDICULOUS AND CONDUCES BEHAVIOR THAT IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.
WHAT IS THE POINT OF GETTING THE NAME OF REPLACEMENT ORDER JUST FOR THEM TO MAKE YOU FEEL LIKE A LIER…. THIS MANAGER INSTEAD OF TRUSTING A CUSTOMER BECAUSE ACCORDING TO HIM THEY HAVE PEOPLE THAT JUST COME IN AND SAY THEY TALK TO SOMEONE & GOT A FREE MEAL. FOR 1 IS NOT MY FAULT, THAT WOULD SIR BE THE EMPLOYEE WHO GAVE THE MEAL OUT.OH AND BECAUSE HE SAID THAT MANAGER WAS OFF, SO THAT’S WHY HE QUESTIONED IT I’M SO SORRY I GOT MY DAYS MIXED UP ( SOME OF US HAVE A LOT GOING ON). I WAS OFF BY 1 DAY BY THE WAY SHOWED HIM ON MY CALL LOG & SAID I DONT HAVE A REASON TO LIE…..
