This place is awesome! The kids had a great time, I was a little worried because it is so big it is hard to keep a eye on them. We posted one person on each end on opposite sides so it was better. They have these humungas trees that you can walk thru or sit on and they have all these bridges. They also have a splash pad for summer.

Ordered a chicken Parm salad and small chili. The employee I dealt with needs to learn some people and customer service skills. I don’t need to be talked to in a smart tone. The place had litter all over the floor, the soda machine was out of order. I got home and there was no croutons or dressing. The $8 salad was really small.

Arrived a little after 11 pm, didn’t leave the drive thru until almost 11:40. We were the second car in line. The guys working were nice but the food was unsatisfactory and we figured it was too late to try to get anything fixed. My fries were so soggy and barely warm, and my nuggets were also barely warm. My husband asked for chicken sandwiches with mayo and cheese only but was given sandwiches with mayo only. All the food was just thrown into the bag so there were nuggets and fries and our straws all in the bottom of the bag…

WORST WENDYS EVER!! Sat in the drive through line for 30 min. I was told that just sold the last baked potato and that I could come back in 40 minutes to get my food. I said no please cancel my order. I asked for a refund. They told me they could NOT refund if physical card is not present I ordered on the app. Now I am hungry and out $10 (on my lunch break) Terrible customer service!!!!!

They were short staffed during our visit, but everyone was working diligently to ensure everyone was taken care of in an orderly manner. The woman at the counter taking our order was very kind, and the manager came around to ask how our visit was once they slowed down. It was very pleasant and the food came out super fast. We had barely sat down before the food was ready.

I just had the most amazing experience from the drive thru here.
I was not rushed at the speaker, you could here the man perfectly. There was no confusion through the speaker. I was able to use a coupon from my app, and the food was perfection.
I tried the new Grilled Chicken Ranch Wrap with a baked potato, and got a cookie added on.
The wrap was huge and delicious, the baked potato was perfect, and the cookie was warm and fresh from the oven.
This was a solid 10/10 experience. I had previously written this location off as I prefer the one on 54. But on my way home I wanted to give them another try. I am so glad that I did.

This Wendy’s location has the fastest and most accurate drive thru service I have been through in a long time. Usually when they are super fast then they miss some of your order and I give this Wendy’s a double kudos for such great service and good food.

This place has collapsed. A few years ago, they had the award for the fast drive thru. Now, I’m the only one here, and they park me for 20 minutes everytime for 4 breakfast sandwich…. Those breakfast sandwiches usually have no honey butter on them used to love this place but you can’t have breakfast here unless you expect to wait a half hour. I’m still waiting by the way

Rarely do we place an order for fast food that comes out the way we order it, as there are five of us and some of us can be particular about our orders. While they were not the fastest, the crew that put together our mobile order tonight did an impeccable job. They got everything right and they were pleasant to interact with. I have had mixed experience with this location, but tonight’s visit was a productive one.

For being right on the main road on that side of owensboro they sure act like they don’t have a clue what they’re doing. First left out something we ordered, then tried to double charge us for ice cream. I really expected more being where they’re located.
