I just went here to get chili and nuggets. They were out of crackers and didn’t even put a spoon for the chili nor napkins in the bag. I ordered 6 nuggets and they gave me 1 dipping sauce. I asked for another one and they wanted to charge me 35 cents for it. Needless to say, I won’t be going back.

We normally go through the drive through but came inside tonight. Wow! This place is off the scale! You can order from a DIY hub or from the cashier then you watch a screen for your name and you can follow the progress of your order. The drink machine is awesome! You can choose from dozens of combinations. We might come in more often now that we know how amazing it is.

Usually I don’t mind going to this Wendy’s since it was the best one in Clarksville in my opinion but I was so unhappy with their service when they gave me my sandwich. I ordered a spicy jalapeño chicken sandwich & this is what I got. I couldn’t even eat it because it looked like someone bit the chicken, the bacon was burnt & honestly didn’t look appetizing or appealing. But proof is here & I would rather write a review than take my anger to the counter. Wendy’s was my go to fast food restaurant but not if they making sandwiches like this. I understand that it can be a bit frustrating working in fast food but if you wouldn’t eat this then please don’t serve it.

If I could give 0 stars I would. First we had to wait 1 1/2 hours in the drive thru. The employees were all messing around, nobody knew anything. Then I specifically said no cheese on my number 11 (I’m allergic to cheese) then I get home and not only did they melt shredded cheese but a whole slice as well. Absolutely disgusting.

Came through around midnight and got two biggie bags. I will say the customer service was better than I usually get, but one bag had 7 fries in the container, and the patty on the sandwich definitely had a bite taken out of it. The food was cold and tasted like it was sitting for hours. They’re usually really good about getting my order right & making it fresh, but last night was literally terrible.

No receipt no large fry no napkins and had I not been in a hurry would have gone back. Always check the bag before leaving! In my opinion don’t bother with the 2 burger $8. Meal just get 2 of the Jr bacon cheese burger value meals I was unsatisfied with the size of the burgers

Absolutely unacceptable. Is this what passes for an acceptable slice of tomato and piece of lettuce? This is on the Spicy Chicken Sandwich, so not a “value menu” item. AND this is after waiting 15 minutes in the drive-through! We will not be patronizing this Wendy’s in the future.

Asked for a spicy ghost pepper chicken sandwich and they gave me this. A “chicken sandwich” with crumbs from other cutlets on top of a cold burger patty. It’s wild to me that somebody would not only make this but give it to a customer. I have been here in the past without issue but this was boggling to me.
