Company wide , the spicy chicken sandwich has gone downhill. Used to get tomatoes and an actual piece of lettuce and a breaded breast. Now it looks like a terrible McChicken but still expensive.

We are traveling so we decided to stop at Wendy’s in Cadiz around 7:30ish. It took them 15 minutes to even take our order, several workers saw us there in the window and just walked away. Finally got to talk to the girl and my husband tried to explain him being on a diet and just wanting either a chicken patty or a hamburger patty they said they didn’t do that which is okay my husband will just find something else somewhere else. We paid and then moved to the second window. When we get to the second window the older lady then tells us why they don’t just sell patties which is fine but then tells us she can get smaller chicken patties fried up.. which to me made no sense as you and the other lady told us you don’t sell that. It was fine overall my husband will just find something else. We get our drinks, then we have to wait 10 minutes for our food. Again was fine to me but we’ve already been in the line for 30 minutes overall. The lady opens the window and says sorry and We get our food and my husband leaves. I go to check my food and they gave me not the warmest fries and somehow my double cheeseburger turned into a chicken sandwich. I would have had no problem eating the chicken sandwich but it was a spicy chicken sandwich. Overall, the Second Lady seemed genuine about telling us sorry but they younger lady saw us sitting there waiting to take our order and walked away. They messed up the food which was just one combo order for myself and it wasn’t like they were busy. We were the only one there. Not sure what has happened in the last few months since last being there but it’s just not good to go to anymore!!!!

The clerk was excellent and friendly. The Wendy’s #211 in Cadiz Ky is awful. Employees are the rude, disrespectful and could careless about the customers. I waited 15 minutes to get a chicken sandwich because the staff was too busy hanging out with each other talking, right in front of me. An elderly lady was at the counter trying to get the four employees attendion. They just kept on talking to each other and annoying this elderly lady. I asked the elderly lady can I help you? She said ” I didn’t get my sauce. When i tried to speak to the employee that was behind the counter that has taking my order, she became verbally abusive to me. Then all four of these employees became verbally abusive. Finally other employee came to the register. I said “ma’am can you get the manager”, she said I am the manger. She was messing with the register. I said “do you see how your staff is behaving?”. She mumbled something like their always like that, “I said then Wendy’s needs to fire all of you”. “Give me back my money”. Two of these employees were behind the counter with the one saying “she is not working yet”, and I said “then you dont belong here bothering this employee for she is working”. Tbe other two were in the front of the counter speaking to the employee who was too be working. Manager did nothing, I got my money and left hungry. For I had been traveling all day and needed something to eat. I go to Wendy’s on a regular basis, especially when I’m traveling. I have never be treated so badly ever at a Wendy’s. Like in Peru, IL where the employees are outstanding and many other Wendy’s have excellent employees. This Wendy’s needs to fire all at this Wendy’s. In my opinion.

I had an excellent experience at Wendy’s! The service was outstanding—every employee I interacted with was incredibly sweet and courteous. I ordered 7 meals to go, each customized with specific condiments and add-ons. I was impressed that, before I could even get all my drinks, the food was already ready. Everything was prepared exactly as I requested, which made the experience even better. Great service and speedy preparation—I’ll definitely be back!

Check your bag before leaving drive through. I was supposed to get chicken nuggets with my biggy bag order, they weren’t there, but the dipping sauce was.

Lettuce and tomatoes they put on my sandwich are nasty.
Glad I brought it home and wiped that mess off and put my cheese burger on a fresh bun before I tried to eat it.
