The lady at the drive-through window was less than pleasant. I ordered the brownie batter frosty. I was given a completely different frosty and it was halfway full. My fries were just thrown in the bag. I should’ve spent my money elsewhere.

My name is Beverly Potts and on September 19, 2025 my daughter Stephanie ordered a delivery to TJ Samson Community Hospital thru DoorDash (The DoorDash is my account and I added my daughter Stephanie to the account) This order was for her and her sister Amanda but when the order got to the hospital it was missing the drinks and when my daughters contacted Wendy’s in Glasgow, Ky to get a refund for the drinks the manager “No Name Given” told them that they couldn’t refund the money because Wendy’s didn’t get the money DoorDash did so my daughters would have to get a hold of DoorDash to get their money FOR the drinks reimbursed so I’m gonna get a hold of DoorDash about this issue but I wanted to let hard working people know that If you use DoorDash and order from Wendy’s in Glasgow, Ky “according to the manager of Wendy’s in Glasgow, Ky” Wendy’s doesn’t get ANY money for the orders only DoorDash does. I will update when I find out if What the manager said was true.

I just got off the phone with DoorDash Customer Service and DoorDash did reimburse my daughters for the missing drinks. I apologize to the manager of Wendy’s in Glasgow, Ky but I still think the manager could have been a little bit more understanding of my daughter’s situation. With that being said I’m just glad that DoorDash was very understanding and did everything they could to make this bad experience better. Thank you DoorDash for easing my daughter’s stress. I appreciate it

The food is usually decent. The wait in the evenings is ridiculous. 20-30 mins from getting in the drive thru line to getting the food. I’ve seen a few cars behind me pull out. I already placed my order thru the app to pick up in drive thru and this is just ridiculous. This is the second time, I was trying to give another chance but I won’t be placing orders for drive thru pick up anymore. I have kids and don’t always want to dine in or go inside. This is good food for the deals and prices but o don’t always have the time to wait so long.

Orders are constantly wrong. We try to support this business, however they make it impossible. Why on earth to they pressure wash the drive thru during lunch???? You can’t hear to order, staff can’t hear you making matters worse. I went to get a replacement order and they got it wrong a second time.

Always good and fresh the one in cave city not glasgow! Again ANY food restaurants they make sure to take care of there customers when needed and instead of standing there bring rude and arguing with the customer they just say hey I got you or hey it’s no problem ill take care of you! Clean business !!

The kindness and good attitude of the employees has been one of the best things about this location. On multiple occasions I have been complemented or just greeted with a smile. Thank you to all the Wendy employees that give such excellent customer service. Also you make the best lemonade!

But I still have to ask for a drink carrier every time no matter if there are 3 or 25 drinks only a real downfall!!! Drives me nuts !!!
